The quote process was extremely easy, putting our information into the system. We received contact within minutes. it may not be the same for all, but due to my close proximity to the office, I was able to receive a call a text and then an opportunity to meet in person before any numbers were given the benefit of that was although most companies have a standard price they were able to walk around my house look at the condition of my siding, my windows, my driveway, my sidewalks, my gutters, my roof, and my solar panel and give me an accurate price which is far better than the standard. Here’s a number take it or leave it. at the end of the day, Mike was a great guy to work with.
Myke made sure that all potential issues were fully addressed and discussed as he move forward he did all this and at the end after he gave me a quote and looked at the house. Then I decided to tell him that I got his information from one of my good friends who used him in the past After that he thanked me for supporting their business and was able to do the work on the time schedule that fit, my needs not their wonderful team to work with I would use them again

Mike did a fantastic job power washing my house! He had quick availability, arrived on time, and was very efficient. Before starting, he carefully inspected all sides of the house and even noticed a few upstairs windows were open, which I hadn’t realized. After he finished, everything looked and smelled fresh and clean. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work he provided. I’m happy with the results and would definitely recommend him!

Cleaned, sanded and sealed! My 10 year old patio never looked better. The sealer really brought the pavers back to life, Mike did a great job.

I wanted to share how refreshing it was to deal with someone who was an ultimate and knowledgable professional at what they do. That is what you will get with Mike and his team from Extreme Exterior Cleaning. We had Mike come out last year when we were trying to figure out how to best restore/clean our pavers and re-do the polymeric sand. Mike was so enthusiastic and patient with explaining the process and educating us on the different options along with fair and transparent pricing. Although we did not do the work last year we knew Extreme Exterior Cleaning was the right provider for us, and now the time has come and we have just finished up this project with Mike and he has exceeded our expectations with a level of professionalism and integrity rarely seen in these types of services. For example he did not want to finish the job unless the conditions were perfect and mother nature did not cooperate the past few weeks for the sand to properly adhere and expand. Another provider might not have had that level of integrity or patience to do the job right and stand behind their work.

My dream deck has come back! Mike and his company did such an amazing work on our deck. We haven't cleaned it in a few years, so it was really dirty. I was dreaming of hosting parties and inviting friends over again. So I started communicating with Mike since March and carefully planned in April. Extreme success. He was so professional, the price was confirmed by his actual site survey, and I could not ask for more. Immediately, we were pleased to learn that he is a skilled worker who can get the job done.
