I have been using Martha and her team for years. They are the BEST! They do a great job every week they come to my house. Martha is so professional, hardworking, and friendly. Totally recommend them!

I have been using The Maids for several years and very pleased with their work. I have a four-bedroom home and Martha Torres and her team are awesome. They are efficient and they and awesome job.
I specifically request for Matha and her team. The other teams are very good (especially Olga team), but Matha's team is my A-team.

I have been using this office of The Maids for three decades to clean three different homes: an apartment, a townhouse, and a single-family home. They do a fantastic job. They have carefully maintained my homes so things like mold never get a foothold on the bathroom tile nor dust on the blinds. And I love the efficiency of their 4-person crews and their ability to adapt to schedule changes. The office staff is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have been delighted with The Maids cleaning service. They show up on time, do an excellent job, and are ever so warm and friendly. If I need to make a change in date because of travel or illness, the office staff easily makes those arrangements. I did not have enough time to keep up with housework. It is so nice to be living in a clean house again.

Extreme Exterior Cleaning definitely lived up to it's name...they were "extremely" proficient in cleaning my house siding to the degree that it looks brand new. I now have a white house again. Michael and crew really did a fantastic job with the siding, walkways, front steps, patio and backyard shed. They are very professional and polite. Great job!

I needed my roof and house cleaned in a very short amount of time for realtor photography. Mike worked over a holiday weekend and did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

When Mike came to clean our gutters he recommended removing the gutter guards, saying he'd reinstall them them for free at the next cleaning if we wished. When we asked him to put them back on as he promised, he was unresponsive and kept putting us off. We gave him two years. It's cost us thousands of dollars to replace. Awful experience.

My home is 9 years old and was in need for what they call a “soft wash” (a new concept for me) which what I learned washes away those black streaks on your roof (mold/algae) without ruining your roof with the usual strength of a “power” wash but more of a garden hose. What removes this is the mix that Mike uses to kill and dissolve the mold. I was skeptical but Mike made me a believer !!! He left my house that day and I was shocked how clean it was - as if it were a new roof again! A treatment usually only needed every 10 years and for me preserves my roof and looks brand new ! Mike came within a week of reaching out and was professional and educated me on the process. Trust the process … Mike has many years of experience and it shows. Thanks Mike !!!!

Michael Page came over Friday on short notice to power wash one side of our house. When he arrived we talked about the pool area. Before he left he had done the side of the house, all the cement in our greater pool area and our front porch. EXCELLENT work. It made a huge difference. He knows what he is doing and he is candid and helpful in recommending things. We thought the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Extreme Exterior Cleaning. We are getting him back for the rest of the house. He deserves 5 full stars.

Very satisfied with the cleaning job. The men (Mike and a partner) who came were fast and efficient and neat, and our siding now looks brand new. Everyone comments on our beautiful home. We are thrilled. Mike also cleaned out some of our eaves, and the rain water no longer cascades over the gutters! Can't speak highly enough about this company.

The guys are fantastic. They communicate!!! They do what they say they are going to do. They take care around the fragile areas of your home project. In my case they were very diligent around our home cameras to ensure no water penetrated the protective housing. Would definitely recommend using Mike and his team for your next cleaning project. Oh and at the end of the day, my wife was ecstatic about how clean the house and windows were!
