Would like to thank owner Mike for his work on powerwashing both my home and my sister's home. He and his staff were responsive, professional & did a nice job. The added bonus is his warm and friendly demeanor. Very nice person and good experience. Would definitely recommend his services.

We have had the opportunity to work w/ Michael on 3 projects now, our front driveway, our house and now our back patio (which includes pavers around a pool). Michael and his team absolutely bust their butts on the work and the results show.

After the rough winter that we had, Michael asked me what I thought about the driveway, which was the first project we had done. I told him I was impressed everything held up the way it did - he told me he didn't like the work and would be coming back to fix it. This is a man and a company that stands behind their product.

After speaking w/ Michael, I knew that he was extremely capable and would get the job done right. He communicates with with his clients and meets his start and end times. Upfront, honest and quality work are 3 ways I would describe his services. Will be using again in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with Mike and the work he did for us on our home. We’ve never hired anyone for this type of work before, so we were very careful with who we chose. We vetted multiple house wash companies, and Extreme Exterior Cleaning checked off all the boxes. We had certain expectations, and not only did Mike meet those expectations, he exceeded them. He was courteous and thorough with his profession.

Mike took the time to explain the process and what we should expect once he was done. He even offered to come back if we saw any missed spots or if we wanted a certain area to be retouched. It wasn’t necessary since he did a good job from the start. We will be using Extreme Exterior Cleaning for all of our exterior home cleaning needs.

Mike also coordinated the masonry work we requested which eliminated any stress for us. Wonderful to work with a business so focused on surpassing a customers expectations.

Mike and his crew did pavers and roof restoration work for us. They did a great job. Mike is super patient, professional, knows his job and above all is a nice guy. He made sure we were happy with every detail and deeply cares about customer satisfaction.

Mike is a very knowledgeable & professional person. He removed old gutter guards & cleaned gutters at a reasonable price. He did a very good job & I will have him return to soft clean the house & maintain the gutters going forward. I highly recommend him. He came the day I called him to give me an estimate & did the job the following day.

Michael the owner was quick to get back to us when we requested a visit and estimate. The estimate was very fair and so we hired him. The day of the job, Aaron, one of his workers was on time, personable, thorough and neat. We are EXTREMELY happy with the job and definitely would recommend this company.

We would give more than 5 stars if we could! Mike and his crew did such an excellent job on our property. Mike met with us to discuss pressure washing our house, retaining walls, patio, rails and pavilion. He quoted us a very fair price considering the enormous job they had to do. I had an awesome experience with Mike today when he came to clean a problematic gutter. He quickly discovered a major problem with the underground pipe running from the gutter to the street and went the extra mile putting me in touch with multiple contractors to quote fixing it. He even brought one of them back to the house an hour later to better assess the problem. I was so thankful for his expertise and amazing customer service. On top of that, he didn’t charge for the gutter cleaning, knowing we were going to have our hands full with the other issues. It is hard to find quality people that don’t take advantage of the situation to make a fast buck, but Mike is clearly in it to develop long-term relationships with his customers and I highly recommend his services!

I would definitely recommend Extreme Exterior Cleaning. . .They did an excellent job on my stucco exterior....they were very prompt and courteous!! Would definitely use them again!

I found Mike's company, Extreme Exterior Cleaning, on a google search, with many great reviews. He returned my call promptly and came to give me a estimate and a date to do the work in a timely fashion. He was honest, very personable, and took the time to answer all my questions, concerns, and explain in detail what he would be doing. My house was old and never had been power washed, my patio and slate walkway was covered with black mold and green moss. His finished work definitely exceeded my expectations!! The house and patio had never looked so good....night and day!! I would highly recommend Mike if you want a great job done right, efficiently, and at a reasonable rate. And such a nice guy! :)

Mike is truly exceptional! His honesty, knowledge, and professionalism are outstanding, but what truly sets him apart is his expertise in his field. During our initial meeting, he took the time to thoroughly explain every detail—from the process to the products and costs involved. I recall having a question about one of the products, and rather than guessing, he immediately promised to consult the supplier and get back to me. True to his word, within 10 minutes, he called back with a comprehensive answer. We decided to hire him for our paver cleaning project, and the results exceeded our expectations. Since then, we have remained loyal clients and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Mike could not have been any nicer. He immediately came over to help clean our clogged gutter and was so kind. He gave practical solutions to an ongoing problem and cared more about us saving money - than him making money. He's honest, trustworthy and kind!!!! Extreme did a really nice job on cleaning my aluminum siding. I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs. I would give 6 stars if I could. Very nice people to work with.

Mike who owns the company is a standup guy. The minute he finished the windows a big storm came in. He texted that he would come back to touch up any windows and did just that. Pricing very fair. Will be back again next year!
