The lawn specialist took his time applying the lime treatment. He eagerly cover the entire yard and he worked hard in doing so. He showed the integrity of the company.

I did not see text with PDF of service today until after I sent survey. So I have no complaints about todays service.

Salesman Steve promised that he was local and would assist with scheduling and anything else I needed. He DID NOT deliver!

I canceled my contract because I could not schedule to my convenience, and they still went ahead and did aeration and charged me for it even though I had canceled.
They busted my sprinkler heads and did very poor seeding directly over the crabgrass. I's a few days before Labor Day, I have guests coming and my yard is a mess.

I've been asking to speak to a manager and no one calls me back. All calls go to headquarters and there is NO local service

First time with Tru Green and so far so good. We were notified of treatment date in advance, kept aware of arrival on day of treatment and got immediate summary of applications made. Extremely friendly and professional tech/operator introduced himself before beginning work. Will have to wait to judge effectiveness of treatments but I have faith they will be a success.

Tech provide fertilization service. I am hoping that will help the seeds that have not germinated from the last aeration and overseeding treatment

They show up when they say they will. The pricing is fair. My lawn and shrubs are looking like they used to. 😊 My service tech, Joenfry, was very polite.

The service i received today was acceptable the specialist made sure he covered all areas. my last service i was not home watched from my camera horrible job. i guess i have to be present to get a well done job.

My Trufreen tech, Jose, was very attentive as I explained the dust ants we’ve been having problems with and made it a point to spray those areas in particular as well as the normal perimeter treatments.

Excellent service, at the time, nice person and I'll recommend for my friend. I love.

Yes TruGreen actually did come out a second time and did a free treatment to kill the nutsage weed service on my lawn absolutely free service at my request I hope to get rid of this stubborn weed which infested my lawn this summer I am really grateful for their excellent service thank you TruReen john

Jack came to my home and saw the weeds and areas without grass.
He suggested I get a weed treatment, which I agreed with, at no cost. I have had a least 5 or 6 treatments and still have many different weeds in both the front and especially in the back yard.
Once the weeds are gone, we discussed getting an aeration treatment at 50% off either this year or Spring 2025.
I appreciated Jack so much for his professionalism and guidance.
I was considering canceling and finding a different company, but now have great confidence that Jack will solve my issues and I will have a beautiful lawn.

Trugreen finally made up for the mistakes that I experience for the past 3 eeeks. From no shows, to notifications that services was completed even when no services was done to wrong applications provided, the 5th visit was succesfully completed with the right application. Thank you to Kyle V for showing up and providing a great job. 5 stars for Kyle V. on his services. Hopefully this kind of incident doesn’t happen again.

Finally after a missing application and wrong application, Hamza showed up, rang the bell, talked to me and completed the task. I will monitor to see how weeds turn yellow in two weeks and will report back. I shoukd thank the customer service and scheduling team as well since they schedule this service very quickly. Thank you TruGreen!

I called Truue green for weeds were noticeable only some part and True green sent some one to take care of it very next morning .
Best service and the person who came was very nice and knowledgeable.
