Excellent responsiveness by TruGreen. While regular service is expected and wont change customers expectations or satisfaction levels much about any business, its a business’s responsiveness to customers issues/complaints which then make all the difference. When I recently spoke to a CS rep about the not so good results, my concern was taken seriously and a field tech then called me with updates/plan of action etc. The techs then showed up on time as promised and addressed the concerns. This is how CS should be so well done on that front team TruGreen

I've been with TruGreen for two years now, and I strongly want to recommend them. As a homeowner, weed control has always been a challenge for me. Previously, I used an online service for fertilizer, but I struggled to find a solution for weed control on my own. Since working with TruGreen, I'm thrilled to say I'm finally weed-free.

I want to extend a special thanks to Hamza, my service provider, who has made a noticeable difference in the health and appearance of my lawn.

I was totally ignored after a tech burned my grass. I was supposed to get aeration and seeding and if I heard from them you did. Story is long and detailed. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I really need corporates contact info.

I have been using trugreen for years and every year around this time this problem happens where i see lots of weed and brown/dead spot all over. Every year i call them about the issue they send the guy and he just sprays stuff without doing any analysis on what the real problem is…every year lawn looks like this. For regular service they come for service they just spray quickly and go. No one does any checks on why there is weeds on property why lawn is dying and guess what prices that pay went up from $65 to $75 a service. I am paying close to $350 a year and lawn looks really bad. Lawn is properly watered also….they just stick to applications and don’t really care about how you lawn does….i think i will just switch to my lawn maintenance guy…

I had tru green at my house today doing an aeration & overseeding application. The techs name was Jaleek. He also did the same application last year for us which is the reason asked TruGreen to send him back again. He covered every Sqaure inch of my property & was extra careful near the low voltage lines that I have buried in the ground. Between him & the other TruGreen tech that comes to fertilize etc it’s no wonder why the grass looks so good. Jaleek again thank you for your hard work I really appreciate it.

I had used them for 2 years and on the June service they sent a new tech to perform the the service and he burnt and killed all my beautiful green grass. To make a long story short, I had to chase them for months as their office does not communicate with the technicians so on the text came back they had no clue as to what they were supposed to do to try to remedy the issue. It took until October for them to try to come back to fix it by air rating the grass which to the stay did not take. I finally had to cancel my contract and find a new company to come repair it I would not recommend these guys to anyone. A grass company that doesn’t know how to fix grass never heard of such a thing

I am still dealing with the damage they did to my lawn last year. I canceled my contract with them and they again charged me this year. They even do not update their systems. Worse service that I have ever seen in my life.

Mark performed overseeding and core aeration today and did a great job. On top of that, he answered my questions and was all around very courteous. Can’t wait for the new seed to germinate!
