I am extremely pleased with the service received. Nathan arrived punctually and exhibited great professionalism and honesty about the job at hand. The cost was completely fair, considering the skill and expertise required. My air ducts and exhaust vent had not been cleaned in a while. So, it wasn't a shock when Nathan revealed that they were entirely blocked. It was comforting to find him to be nothing but helpful and nonjudgmental. A blocked air duct is a severe fire risk, so I am relieved that a professional has taken care of it.

duane was quick to respond and came out soon after my call. he showed up on time, acted very professional, and did a complete job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. our dryer vent is tricky since it's on the third floor and on a slope, so they cleaned it from the inside. he also took extra care to clean out the dryer itself. the price was better than other companies i checked, and i doubt anyone else would have been so thorough. i'm really glad for their fast service and top-notch work. my house feels fresher and the dryer works much better now!
