Ask for Felix and Alex! They cleaned my entire basement after the sewer main backed up, so it was disgusting. They take pride in their work and are extremely professional. I cannot recommend Serv-pro highly enough.

Servpro was very responsive to my call about a water leak in my home. The remediation took place immediately; and consequently, there was no problem with mold developing. Personnel at Servpro were always very professional and helpful attending to any concerns I had. They were always very responsive. We had Servpro Waldwick clean the whole house after major renovations. Phyllis orchestrated the whole thing from estimate to execution. The team did an amazing job from attic to basement and allowed us to move back in before Christmas. I cannot say enough about the professionalism. Serv-pro got back with me the Sunday I learned about leak in my first floor ceiling. They have their crew by Tuesday, opened the ceiling and wall, got fan and antimicrobial going. They have one team that wasn’t up to par but Charlie sent a different team that was excellent. Kara was very helpful.

They were prompt, efficient, personable, and through the entire process, went out of their way to communicate clearly with us every step of the way. I had the opportunity to have ServPro work on my basement twice within two months. Their work was great however one day after they picked up the last items they had left behind and my hot water heater broke and damaged everything they had just completed so I had to make a new claim. Sucks for me but they did what they were contracted to do

At the recommendation of my local Fire Department we called ServPro to help us after a fire caused significant damage to our home. I called my insurance company at 3 am and ServPro was there at 9 am to help us. As you can imagine we were still in a state of shock and had no idea what to do. The crew's manager Ever was the absolute best! He was very professional and helped me understand the process of how things will go. They did a good job with the demo and cleanup and now we are waiting on our valuation report/estimate of damage and cost to rebuild. Servopro of Bergen county did a great job on repairing the water damage in my house. From the beginning to the end they were very professional. Repaired walls, painted walls, replaced all moldings, and the flooring as needed. I recommend them for anyone having any water damage in your house.
