Reviews of local pros in Waldwick, New Jersey

The men who did the work were very neat and polite, did an overall excellent job.
I would highly recommend this company.

Dino and Freddy performed the mitigation services on my basement. When they arrived, Dino outlined what he was going to do that day. The crew was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, careful, and pleasant. At the end of the day, Dino reviewed what he had completed, answered all my questions and updated me on what to expect next.

Ever Menendez from SERVPRO did an incredible job cleaning and organizing, scraping and finishing, our entire house after a fire! They were thoughtful, thorough, kind, and very competent. I recommend them with complete confidence!

Dino and Al were professional and did an excellent job cleaning the room and smell

Our second floor washing machine had the front-load door pop open when it was full. The water soaked the bedroom and hallway carpets, and leaked down to the dining room. Our insurance company called in ServPro to do the demo. Dino and his team came almost immediately, remediating the carpet, baseboards and sheetrock quickly and drying the house out with 27 fans and dehumidifiers. The demo team was so great, we hired ServPro to do the rebuild, too. Wayne was effective at estimating the job and negotiating to get it all covered by our insurance. Jean and Francisco did a fabulous job replacing the sheetrock and repainting all the affected rooms. The cleanup job done by Dino and Francisco left my house shining! I highly recommend ServPro of Northwest Bergen for their effective communication, promptness, thoroughness and attention to detail. They were careful, meticulous and very nice to work with under such stressful conditions.

Servpro was outstanding. At my house within the hour and got to work cleaning up and drying out my basement from a Hot Water tank leak. Dave Frese was my project manager and Jeff who was at my house everyday with workers to cleanup, pack up my basement and take my stuff to storage, both were great to work with and made sure that I was kept in the loop on all that was going on.

Highly recommend Servpro. They were my first phone call, as I have used them In the past. They are always so helpful.

Dino and Frank did an amazing job. They are very careful when working and are very, very clean.

My mom's condo ceiling incurred water damage from a neighbor's unit. ServPro did an amazing job addressing the water damage & repair work to my mom's ceiling. Technicians Dino & Fredy were so professional, curious & efficient. They were so respectful of my mom's home & kept their work area so clean - it was like they were never there. We were so happy with their work - the place looks good as new. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone dealing with repair work issues.

Dino and Felix along with the rest of the team came quickly and addressed the issues. They were professional and took great care with my house. Thank you

Freddy and team were very accommodating, friendly and professional. They did a great job fixing my basement.

Fredy and Fran were phenomenal! Courteous, respectful, and did an excellent job restoring our bedroom, bathroom, and basement to its pre water leak condition.

Amazing job. Dino and Abel were so great. They arrived super fast. They were careful with my belongings and explained everything clearly. The cleanup was very thorough and they set up all the equipment to dry out my flooded basement.

Dino and Felix and the whole crew were wonderful. Everyone was so professional, hardworking, polite, and kind. They were always on time and ready to work right away. They cleaned and packed everything in the kitchen, dining room, and living room so meticulously. Serv Pro did an amazing job with the work they did at our home. We needed our family room ceiling and walls repaired and painted. We also needed our bathroom vanity and toilet to be replaced and walls to be repaired. The workers Lenny and his partner did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was replaced and looks even better than before. They were punctual , cleaned up everything, and their work was meticulous. I would highly recommend them and have nothing but great things to say about our experience with then.

Dino of SERVPRO and his team arrived at my home to clean smoke and soot damage from a fireplace fire on Christmas. Dino with his team did an exceptional job treating my things as if they were their own and going above and beyond in the cleaning detail of all rooms with an open floor plan. I can’t recommend Dino and his team highly enough for the exceptional work and care in cleaning my home. It was left in beautiful condition. ❤️❤️❤️
