Bartlett's Matthew Chase responded immediately to a large tree limb that had fallen on our house. Their crew arrived within hours and did meticulous removal and pruning work. They were also very careful to protect other things around our home, ie: new driveway, patio furniture, plantings, etc.
Bartlett's diagnostic and maintenance work with our trees and shrubs is excellent.

Excellent advice and work. We have 5+ large trees on our property that we love but needed work, so we brought in the tree experts - Bartlett who educated us on how to maintain our beautiful trees, trimmed them all, took down branches at risk for falling on our house. They cleaned them up all nicely with minimal damage to our ground plants.

Exceptional service, quick, reliable, reasonably priced and great customer service, are words I would use to describe my experience with Bartlett Tree company. My husband called them to request the removal of two trees and the pruning of another tree. They came the next day, gave us a cost estimate and two days later the work was completed. I can’t recall the name of the person who assisted us. I can say, he was knowledgeable and honest. The entire process from start to finish was stress free and very fast. I would highly recommend them to family/friends. I also plan to use them again in the future.

Excellent service, prompt and professional. Cut and removed one tree completely and trimmed another. Cleaned up afterwards and did so in a professional and respectful manner. Would recommend them to friends

We are exceptionally happy with our latest service from Bartlett Tree Experts. Zane and Carlos did a wonderful job pruning some shrubs (large and small), as well as taking some dead limbs off a huge oak. They left the yard spotless too. They are courteous, professional, and caring. And, Matt (as well as Kat in the office) always accommodates our various needs to keep our yard looking great and staying healthy. Bartlett Tree Experts did a thorough job on our trees. We revised the contract a few times to make sure expectations were clear. The workers were hard working, flexible and friendly and spent all day working. The collar surgeries, girdling roots, tree trimming and fertilizing were completed in one and half days. The fertilizing is a high dose of nitrogen and phosphorus and should promote root growth and strong buds in the spring. The administrative coordinator and foreman were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We will be using Bartlett in the future.

I recently called Bartlett Tree to provide me with an estimate for our Japanese Maple tree. Matt was great! He arrived at our house on time and provided us with an excellent service. His assessment was thorough and also offered me helpful tips how to continue to properly maintain the tree. The price for the pruning and ground fertilization was reasonable and the crew did a great job as well. We have finally found a great company to take care of our beautiful tree in the future. The Bartlett tree removal crew were great! They were very professional, respectful, and worked expeditiously to take down our tree. They protected the inside of our home as they brought the branches through to the chipper out front. I would highly recommend them!

I had water in my basement from one of the rainstorms, I called Servpro and they came out immediately. They were professional and did a wonderful job!!!! I would highly recommend them.

SERVPRO Northwest Bergen did an incomplete clean-up job and ONLY after 2( two) weeks give NJMI an "estimate" full of mistakes and very low !
After that, they never answer my Emails and calls. They practically refuse to do the reconstruction job or give me a date to finish the job. The SERVPRO person on the phone on Sept.16 ,2022 said : "We will call you...IF or WHEN we have an opening... "! They are interested ONLY in BIG JOBS !
Very dishonest company (SERVPRO Northwest Bergen) !

Promised to complete a job they were sent to do thru my insurance company. All they did was demolish half the walls, set up fans and charged 4,700.00. Now I have a completely torn up basement and they want to charge 14k more to put up sheet rock.
