As an owner of a property management company, I've come to rely on Jones Electrical as my go to electrician. I can always count to Shaun and his team to react and respond to our needs often on very short notice. Their expertise and customer service are top notch. I called Jones Electrical with an emergency early on a Saturday morning. Not only was Shaun responsive immediately but he came to my house within an hour and prevented a potentially dangerous situation. He acted with professional, was so kind, informative and knew exactly what he was talking about. It is so nice to now have an honest, knowledgeable and reliable electrician! Thank you, Shaun!!

Had them install a new level 2 ev charger and his crew got the work done in a timely manner and did clean work at an extremely reasonable price. Shaun also helped me with navigating the town permit to get the work done. Will definitely be calling them for any future electrical work I need done.

My electric suddenly went out for my babies room, washer and dryer. I consider myself handy and I tried to fix it myself with no luck. I was in a panic because we have no central air and I know my little girls room gets hot in the summer without her window A/C on.

So I called Mike from Kamper Electric on Sat Morning of Memorial Day weekend to see if he could help. He came over within 24hrs and was able to fix the line in less than 1/2 hour. He was so friendly and professional. It's rare that you find someone so skilled that's willing to help out in a tight situation like this. I got really lucky that Mike was the first electrician to call me back after calling at least 20 others. I came home from vacation on a Saturday and my hall light sparked red and started smoking. It was so scary. Mike came over within minutes and removed our fixture. It was either caused by a stripped wire when installed or from being sprayed during cleaning. Either way Mike saved the day and will be coming back to install our new fixture. What a great guy and so friendly.

A group of highly qualified and competent electricians with a wealth of industry expertise. I had them yesterday because my circuit breaker keeps tripping. After I contacted them, their electricians came the next day and performed an excellent job fixing my broken outlets. They also fixed another problem on top of the one I had reported. Definitely would use them again.

An outlet not working in the bedroom led me to book a repair service. The technician replaced the damaged socket and tested all surrounding outlets for safety. Now I can plug in lamps and chargers without worrying about failures.

Mr. Dave Burton and his crew did an awesome job helping me convert decade old/outdated panel in my basement, to a new up-to-code panel above ground, as well as adding two 220v 50a/30a Receptacles for my new Induction Cooktop and my EV Charger. They also fixed a few fire-hazard inducing temporary junctions, exposed wires, and installed 120v GFCI receptacle in basement for new Dehumidifier.

The price is reasonable and the job is well done!

They even helped me label all the switches to the locations in the house on the new panel!

This is the third time that we had David to do electrical work for us and for my family, and we will have him again when needed. He and his assistant, Alex, are professional, courteous, and friendly. We wanted to replace a ceiling fan and add another to the other side of the room. It is a cathedral ceiling approximately 15 feet up. It was an amazing experience. Dave came a week ago to give me an estimate. He came on time. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I talked with him about some other issues and projects I had in mind for the future. He said that he would email me some numbers. We can not overstate how happy we are, and would definitely hire him again

David Burton and his team were great. On time, professional, providing excellent service at a fair price. So far they upgraded my home from 100 to 200 amps and added several outlets that I needed. Looking forward to using them again.
