I was very impressed with the promptness and the professionalism of the person who came to my house. I’ve had him two times and he corrected the problem right away. I would definitely use them again.

We were using Handler's for past nine years eventhough we changed our residences. Very professional staff and will give clear details on what is wrong and how we can fix it. They are very straightforward on their pricing. Free follow-up for six months. Office staff is also very professional.

I had an amazing experience with Handler Appliance from the first time I called. Scheduling is super easy and on the day of the appointment, I could track the technician to get an approximate arrival time within the 4-hour window I was given. In addition, I received a call half an hour before he arrived. Communications with office staff were easy, quick, efficient and with respect to their customers.
Judah was my technician. He's awesome, highly professional with a beautiful and kind smile. He does everything quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this business and their services!!!

As landlords it is imperative to have skilled professionals that respond, take action, and complete the job quickly and at a reasonable price. Isaac and Moses and their team have been our go to for 6-7 years and we have always been more than satisfied.

Easy scheduling, showed up on time, efficient repair. Carlos was great, explained everything and fixed the issue rather quickly. Could not ask for a better repair experience.

We had a visit from Adrian today to check our washer(basin/drum wasn’t spinning on spin cycle). Friendly guy, gave me a rundown of what the possible issue(s) could be. Looked up parts, which many were no longer available for our washer.(over 12 yrs old). He was honest, and let us know if they found the parts, the cost would be more than buying a new washer. All the cost today was the service fee for coming out. We appreciate his honesty,, and the company’s quick response in sending him out. If we need service for any other appliance, we will def call Handler back.

Edit: if you’re going to respond, don’t use ai. And if you are gonna use AI at least get your facts straight for the prompt. The technician came for a washing machine, not for a dishwasher.

Extremely overpriced !!!
The technician couldn’t figure out what’s the problem so he wanted to buy two different parts to see if they need to be replaced and charge me for both. They wanted to charge me close to $900 to install a part that cost $200. I understand that they need to make money that just being greedy. I paid only for the diagnosis which caused me 200.

It was snowing and the technician came so well prepared, he put on shoe covers to make sure my floors don’t get wet.
He worked very well and efficient.

I went online and easily made an appointment for a consultation. We were given a window and the office called when our technician was on his way to the house. Our technician, Adrian was knowledgeable and took his time diagnosing the problem with our dishwasher. Turned out we needed a new circuit board. The part was ordered and he was back at our house within a few days to complete the repair. All in all the communication with Handler for scheduling and day of work is pretty exceptional. I would definitely recommend Handler!! Thanks Adrian!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service from Handler. An appliance repair person we've used quoted us more than double our cost with Handler and totally misdiagnosed the problem with our GE Cafe oven. In addition to saving alot of money, we received diagnostic service so quickly and Moses was here with the part early the next morning. We highly recommend Handler and will recommend them and use them going forward.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. They contacted us the day before the appointment and then 30 minutes before arrival. Out tech, Moses, were excellent. He was very knowledgeable with our refrigerator brand, made a quick assessment of the issue, providing an explanation of the problem and the solution. Handler, has a service charge, but is refundable if they perform the repair. Will definitely, utilize their service again for any appliance repair we might experience.

Adrian came and fixed our oven. He did an amazing job and checked all the boxes we were looking for. We were working from home and he did everything while we worked. He was great at communicating and very transparent about everything from timing to costs. When he set a time to come he showed up right on time. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Our oven broke last week, two weeks before Thanksgiving. I scheduled the earliest appointment I could with Handler and thankfully they had the part on hand to get my oven working again in less than 30 min and now we are all set to host family for Thanksgiving! Overall, fantastic service. Very communicative in terms of scheduling and informing me when the technician was going to arrive. The technicians were very polite and efficient. If I ever have any issues with other appliances I will be calling Handler right away.
