Incredible job! Adrian was a miracle worker helping with our ancient stove. He helped us find a nearly impossible part and fixed it in a flash. We are super grateful.

We have a 25-year-old, 48-inch dual fuel Viking range and oven, and recently ran into an issue with the self-clean function on the smaller oven. It produced a burning smell and smoke—as if something like paper had caught fire inside. Knowing this wasn’t a simple fix, we called Handler, hoping for an expert technician who could get to the bottom of it.

Enter Sam. After a careful and methodical inspection (including dismantling much of the range), he found the culprit: a mouse—or maybe a whole family of them—had been snacking on nuts inside the walls of our oven. The leftover shells had scattered throughout the interior and ignited during the cleaning cycle.

Sam was incredibly patient while I cleaned the removed panels and vacuumed out the mess. Thanks to his help and some serious elbow grease, our Viking now looks and functions like new. Though we always kept the exterior clean, we never realized how much damage field mice could do behind the scenes. We’ve since sealed off any potential entry points around pipes and walls, and fingers crossed—we’ll have this range for many more years.

One standout part of the service was how Sam moved the massive range with ease using an Air Lifter. This clever tool creates a cushion of air under the appliance, letting it "float" just above the floor—like a mini hovercraft! It protected both our floors and the oven, making it much easier to access the back for repairs and cleaning.

Sam even waited while I did a deep clean and pitched in with tools to help reach tough spots. We’re so grateful to Handler for their expertise and care. We feel safer now knowing we tackled the source of the smoke and can keep enjoying this well-built appliance.

Excellent experience. We’ve used Handler for a refrigerator, a dishwasher and most recently, Adrian was out to repair our hood over our stove and he was great. They are prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Communication is always clear.

I liked how this Service Repair Company kept me in the loop the whole time. They make you feel like they really care about their customers from the courteous phone interactions to the text messages, letting you know when the Tech will arrive for your appointment.They give you a text tracker on your phone to let you know just how far out the Tech is from coming to you. They also called me to let me know that the Tech will be at my house in the next 15 minutes. I also like the one year warranty they give you for the repair! I'd recommend Handler Appliance!

Carlos was excellent. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, found the parts necessary to repair the switch and conveyed assurance that the appliance would be fixed timely. This is the first time that we've used Handler and they will be our " go to" if we require appliance repair in the future!

Handler Appliance was easy to reach by phone and was able to come within a reasonable time period for a non-emergency (2 days). Samuel was friendly and informative and did a great job at quickly replacing a broken part on our front-load washer. Thanks for the excellent service!

Adrian, came by to repair a leak in our washer. He checked every possible issue and finally crawled into a crwl space in the back to find the problem.
He refused to give up until he found the problem.

The tech left my front door open and my dogs got out. He could not leave fast enough, never even offered to help. We called to let them know what happened and they could not care less. It took multiple calls just to get manager on the phone. A take the money and run company. At least the fridge got fixed.

They response is completely inaccurate. There is never request to remove the pets from the home. I asked the tech if he wanted me to put the pets outside. He said no he’s a dog person. He even told me that he had a Chihuahua. Beyond that, a courtesy response or a callback would’ve been the bare minimum that you could’ve done, but you didn’t even have the courtesy to do that. It clearly shows that you do not care about the service you provided after the fact once the money was collected you could not care less. With what you said is true, feel free to show me where that request to remove. The pets from the house was made. We even told you if you communicated with us properly on this issue, we would not take the steps of making this review. It would be one thing if we made this review without contacting you first, but we contacted you in the hopes that you would handle this professionally, which you clearly have not. You would not be defensive if you had any sense of professionalism.

Our Handler Appliance technician Judah was smart, courteous, and professional! He called to find the rare part needed in New Mexico and had it delivered! Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process.

Our whole experience was excellent. Constant communication so we knew what to expect and when. Our technician, Samuel was wonderful. Detailed, efficient, cordial and polite. If I could, I would add some more stars.

I highly recommend Handler Appliance Inc. for repairs! It was easy to get an appointment, our service technician Adrian was prompt, friendly and professional. The repair was done in a timely manner and Adrian addressed another problem at the time of repair so any future repairs will go smoothly. We’re very happy with our service experience.

I have had many service repair men over the years and NO ONE was as good as the Handlers. My oven broke right before the holidays and they came at 6:30 pm on a Sunday.
We are so grateful and recommend them to everyone!
