Moses was recommended to us by our neighbor and friend. It was easy to make an appointment and we got the first one, the next day. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. Explained to us the possible culprit that caused our oven to stop working (self-cleaning cycle). As a "gift" to him, I shared a recipe with him that I promised he'd love! 😊

The company stayed on top of the appointment with messages and text prompts. Took the guesswork out of when to anticipate his arrival time. Great job overall Handler Appliance!

Handler Appliance provided a easy to schedule next day service using their online booking. They also provided a continuously updating service list of your technician so you could see how many service repairs were ahead of you.
At our house, Judah was able to quickly diagnose the issues with our refrigerator cooling. He had the replacement fan and sensor in his truck and he was able to complete the whole process in under an hour.
I really appreciated the service and we will use Handler Appliance again for future repairs.

I chose Handler Appliance based on recommendations and positive reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

Our 1.5-year-old dishwasher started leaking because a plastic piece kept falling off the sprayer arm. I explained this clearly and noted that it had happened twice and coincided directly with the leaking. The technician who came out dismissed this as the cause, even though nothing else had changed. I still had to pay for the service visit, and nothing was fixed.

During the visit, the technician also removed the kickplate under the cabinet and did not reinstall it properly. As soon as we ran the dishwasher again, the same piece fell off — confirming the original issue. Shortly after, the dishwasher began throwing an error code and would not stop draining.

I contacted Handler Appliance asking for someone to come back out, even just to help turn off the error code while waiting for the part. Communication was poor and inconsistent. I was told a part was ordered, but no one could clearly explain when it would arrive. I had to follow up every other day, often getting conflicting or confused responses. It took over a week for someone to return.

After the second visit where the part was replaced, the dishwasher door no longer closes properly, and the kickplate is now in worse condition than before. I now have to hire a handyman to fix the cabinet kickplate damage and figure out why the dishwasher is no longer aligned — issues that did not exist prior to their service.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience involving misdiagnosis, poor communication, and additional damage. I would not use Handler Appliance again and would recommend looking elsewhere.

AND latest update....the dishwasher is STILL LEAKING and even more than before. You can't make this up. STAY AWAY!

Our washing machine was making a grinding noise and Adrian diagnosed needing a new tub shaft. However, when he came back to repair it, he said he had kept thinking about one thing I said about the noise and wanted to re-diagnose it. He was able to replicate the sound and turned out only needed a new pump, saving me a several hundred-dollar repair bill. You rarely find this type of thoroughness and concern anymore, and especially honesty. Adrian should be recognized by the company. I highly recommend Handler Appliance for your repairs. I certainly will contact them if I do.

Adrian was very thorough helping fix our dishwasher. Happy to say it seems to be working well now. The process of scheduling and payment were also quick and efficient. Very thankful!

Within minutes Issac diagnosed the problem with my wall oven. He immediately ordered the replacement part. He received the part in a few days and promptly returned for the install.
The problem was resolved and I was extremely happy with the results.

This is my second time I relied on Handler for appliance repair and because of the success of the first visit, I reached out for them for my next problem.

Each time someone asks if I could recommend a appliance repair company, I always recommend Handler and they always are successful.

Wow !!! I was surprised …..I had an amazing experience with Handler Appliance from the first time I called. Scheduling is super easy and on the day of the appointment, the technician to get an approximate arrival time within the 4-hours but they come very quickly which is I not expected!!! . In addition, I received a call half an hour before he arrived. Communications with office staff were easy, quick, efficient and with respect to their customers.
Moses was my technician. He's awesome, highly professional with a beautiful and kind smile. He does everything quickly and efficiently. Also he explains the fact and recommend me what i will do to save money!! I highly recommend this business and their services!!!

Very happy with the service I received.

I called RSL Electric to get a quote for a project. The gentleman came out, viewed the space, and was given the details of the project. He said that we would have a quote but I never heard from him again. Called and left several voicemails over a 2 week time frame and still never heard back.

I did not hear back from the owner of RSL until I left a negative review, at which point he called me back fairly quickly. He gathered more information about the project and then inquired about my google review believing the review to be unfair. So I told him that once I received the quote I would remove the review entirely. His response was a sigh followed by "Whatever". So then I ended the phone call by saying "Don't bother."

I think Kevin’s comment isn’t accurate, and I’d have to disagree with him. The worker who did my electrical work was very nice, and got the job done correctly and efficiently. If you can get over that one negative review from that impatient guy, I would suggest getting your electrical work from this company.

Ryan came and fixed an outlet in my bathroom. When he first looked at the issue, he immediately noticed the wires were cut way too short and were starting to burn down. He said if I waited any longer it would be a giant fire hazard and potentially start a fire. He worked efficiently and he was very sweet about the situation. He was very knowledgeable and kind throughout the process! Highly recommend!

This father-and-son team did incredible work at our home—from beautiful outdoor lighting that finally lets our landscaping shine to installing new lighting and ceiling fans, relocating our TV, troubleshooting tricky outlets and more. Everything looks amazing. They were professional, honest and kind, even wore booties in our no-shoe home without us asking, used dropped cloths and plastic coverings on our furniture, etc. It’s so refreshing to work with electricians who truly care about the quality of their work and their customers’ homes. Great service. Efficient, reliable, and courteous. Does not play games or fail to show up at the agreed upon time. Highly recommended.

Work done: EV charger installation including new wiring and sub panel and circuit breaker. The cost is only high because I had a *very* long length of 240V cable that needed to be installed, appx 120 feet. The shorter the distance from your electrical boxes / circuit breaker to where you need your outlet or charger installed significantly affects the cost. Do not be scared by the number you see. Other estimates were $2900 and and as high as $3800.

Final cost: $2190 (+ permit costs, those are always on you.)

I rarely take the time to write reviews. But I must say, August Costanzo, his son who works with him, and their secretary Lisa have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I received prompt replies after normal business hours, and August even sent me an unprompted e-mail on the 4th of July asking me details of the EV charger I needed installed. I had a small issue with paperwork on the install day, and not only did Lisa follow up on the paperwork, it was all ready and the job was done the next business day, with absolutely perfect work and a very clean install - and I take my electronic installs seriously. August gave me the most reasonable estimate out of 4 estimates, beat the next lowest estimate by 35%, and did fantastic work, all while taking care of the permits. Lisa, his secretary, will bend over backwards to help you, also responding to calls after hours. I can NOT recommend Costanzo Electrical enough. I wish I could give TEN stars.
