Quick, expert, and easy. We had a drained clogged and live in an old house. The plumber sent did his job well and our problem is solved.

Very poor customer service! I called twice and each time I called, no one answered the phone. I also tried an online inquiry; however, no one ever contacted me. Need I say more?

I called Hodges and Sons Plumbing to request a quote for installing a showerhead in the bathroom. The bathroom had a clawfoot bathtub with a hand-held showerhead, so I was even open to remodeling the bathtub partially. But, I warned the office that I didn't know how much this work would cost and may not be able to commission the work immediately.

The main office was fairly easy to contact. The office was able to schedule a plumber to inspect the bathroom. However, on the day of the appointment, the plumber had missed the appointment. The plumber called shortly after missing the appointment to explain that a previous job had a complication which delayed him. He estimated that he could be there in the late afternoon. So, I waited until later afternoon, but he still did not show up. I called the office and left voice mail about the plumber being late. The plumber finally showed up shortly after the voice mail (the plumber was already en route).

The plumber apologized for the delay and was courteous. He inspected the bathroom and took some pictures. He stated that the owner had to provide the quote and hoped to get back to us in a week.

Exactly one week later, I did not hear back from the plumber. I called the office again. The officer person apologized for the delay stating that the owner was recently out of town, but the quote order was in their system. The office person said the owner was working on several jobs and had not been in the office, but the quote order was still in their system. Another week passes, and I call the office again. The office person apologizes again, stated that I was very patient, and said they would reach out to the owner.

As of this writing, it's been 4 weeks since I called them to get a quote. I left them one voice mail at the end of the third week, and I have not heard back in the fourth week.

I suppose that if you have an immediate plumbing need, Hodges and Sons can serve you. But, it seems project work with no immediate payoff is a low priority for them.

What a professional!!! Always on time, does impeccable work and stays on it until the issue is fixed. Hard to find guys like this any more!! #clientforlife

Fast, reliable, expert service--rates are honest and reasonable. They don't try to sell you something you don't need, and their work is impeccable. I've used them twice already, once for a small plumbing issue and once on an emergency call when our water heat broke. Both jobs were completed quickly and professionally. They were highly recommended to me by friends, and I gladly add my name to their long list of happy customers.

Had a terrible ceiling leak, they came and inspected all the areas and communicated in simple terms the issue and proceeded to fix it. Super respectful people. I will most definitely add them to my “house repairs” list.

5 Stars All The Way ! Was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations! Water started coming out of my dishwasher onto my wooden kitchen floors . Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . Let me tell you something I called Hodges and spoke to a lovely lady named Claudia who was so pleasant and professional and promised me a call back within the hour . She was a woman to her word called back actually in about 15 minutes and told me that a plumber named Tom would be there in 10 minutes !!! Ten minutes! Tom came to my door as promised in 10 minutes and addressed the problem effectively and efficiently! He was professional and honest and in this day and age it’s rare to find those qualities! I highly recommend Hodges and Sons and now won’t use anyone else !
Side note : Called again on a Friday afternoon at 330 pm for clogged drain in kitchen and was greeted so kindly once again from Claudia . She sent her guys over within 30 minutes .Extremely professional and so so kind ! You will feel extremely comfortable opening your doors to them

Lou is a standup guy. He replaced my 20-year-old water heater within two days of it failing and came out immediately to assess the issue. He is knowledgeable, fair with pricing, and very professional throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently and with attention to detail.

If you need a reliable plumber who responds quickly and gets the job done right, Lou is the person to call. I would definitely recommend him.
