L & D Sons Plumbing is a treasure of a company in the Bergen, NJ area. We have been using them for many, many years, from adding a bathroom to saving an in wall piping repair. When plumbing needs are needed call Lou, the best.

This was our first experience with L&D Plumbing, we had a problem with our year and half old water heater and I found L&D on the Rheam site for recommended pros. We had a fantastic experience, I called gave my informations and within minutes Lou called and told me what the issue was, how he would fix it and that I would received a call from the technician who would come do the repair. John called that evening, told us the time and sure enough showed up on time, was so friendly and fixed the issue. He handled all the warranty paperwork and we are set again! Couldn’t be happier. One of the most appreciated and professional parts of this experience was receiving a follow up from Lou to ensure we were all set. It’s funny because some places do not return calls and you have already worked with them, L&D has definitely gained a customer.

L&D Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend so I called and spoke with the owner Lou. He was so personable and willing to come by that day. He does immaculate work and cares about doing the best job as if it was his own home. He also has assistants that are highly qualified. I will highly recommend him anyone.

Lou is an excellent plumber. He identified the cause of two leaks and resolved the problem. He is very methodical, answered all my questions, and provided me preventative tips. Lou and Noah are very efficient, I will use their services again if needed.

Lou and his team were absolutely amazing. He expertly assessed the issue, explained everything that needed to be fixed and why, and shared tips for maintaining and troubleshooting our new pump. His team was clean and efficient, and the cost was very reasonable and certainly worth the level of expertise and professionalism provided.

Lou was great. Being new to the area it is very comforting knowing I now have a plumber I can trust. Lou lined the house with drop cloths, flipped over all my Matt’s, cleaned up everything with a dust pan and if it wasn’t for our cameras my wife would have never known him and his team were here. He walked me through each service before starting any work to let me know all the possibilities of what could happen. Thankfully everything went to plan and we didn’t have to worry about any surprises in the wall or under the toilet. Will be recommending L&D to our new neighbors moving in and will continue to use them in the future.

Lou has done amazing work in the 100 year old home we just purchased. Reinstalled our furnace which was initially installed wrong, redid most of our plumbing. A wealth of knowledge, dependable, keeps his work area clean after leaving, and very considerate. A great experience having him work in our home!

Being a new homeowner I freaked out when my toilet started leaking this morning but had wanted to get a new toilet anyway.
