Nick and his crew at Dr. Drip Plumbing & Heating are extremely professional and genuinely passionate about what they do. They came into my home, carefully examined the issue, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just replacing random parts or guessing.

I was honestly stressed, thinking the cost was going to be astronomical, but they explained everything clearly and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. The solution ended up being far more cost-effective than I expected, which was a huge relief for me and my family.

They honored my veteran status and gave me a 10% discount, which I truly appreciated. Nicholas, the plumber who came out, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I had a leaky water heater (unserviceable), called them up and had a tech to check it out within an hour on a Saturday. they replaced it with four hours and we were good to go. if this is their typical quality of service, they've got a new dedicated customer. 5/5.

Josh is the man! Had major issues with sewer lines both inside and outside of my home. He managed the project very well and was a great communicator. He and his team worked until 3am to finish the job. Nick, the owner, also checked in to ensure the job had been completed to my satisfaction. Job very well done! Highly recommend.

Nich did an amazing job with the boilers in our basements all in one day. He sourced the materials and his team of experts went at it. The stairways were tight be his team made sure not to damage any parts of it. Overall amazing work. The pipes are setup in a clean and presentable way as well. There has been no issues since it was done in Aug, 3 months ago. Would highly recommend Nich and his team.

Water damage can be overwhelming, but Dr. Drip made the experience far easier than expected. Communication was seamless, and they were able to quickly get to the root of the problem. One technician in particular was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, with years of experience that truly showed.

We had a leak in our shower basin caused by poor installation by the builder, and Izzy clearly explained exactly what had been done incorrectly. He removed the tiles with minimal disruption and worked around our schedule to get everything resolved. I can’t recommend his expertise enough. On top of it all, his witty sense of humor made a stressful situation more pleasant—and any Steelers fan is always a win in our book

As the owner of 130 year old home, it’s difficult to find a good plumber who’s able to old plumbing & antique fixtures. I received a prompt call back from Dr Drip & great service from Evan & Tim. They were able to replace an old cast iron overflow & waste pipe without damaging my antique cast iron tub & also handled a few other repairs. I highly recommend them!
