I recently had Hofmeister come out to my house to fix a clogged/leaking toilet, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The technician, Jesus, was excellent! He was very professional, detail-oriented, and thorough in his work. He took the time to walk me through each step of what needed to be done and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. The level of care says a lot about the company.On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of service provided.

I highly recommend Hofmeister to anyone who needs plumbing work, HVAC and Heating services, etc. They’re reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I appreciate these guys, had an issue with the water pump early in the morning, gave them a call at 6:30, Nicholas showed up same day around 10-11 to assess the issue. Quoted same day. Next day Tim and Evan showed up with everything needed to replace the pump. Worked very efficiently and got everything running smoothly and better than ever! Thank you guys so much!

Evan was great, came out for an estimate. He was thorough and informative. Although we didn’t move forward with work, if I have another plumbing issue they are who I’m going to call!

Technician Dawid Krol scheduled service to replace my water heater on a day with a winter storm warning. Dawid Krol completed his job with the utmost care, as if he were working on his own home. He was very friendly, exceptionally professional, and thoroughly explained the job and the function of each part. He is the ideal person if you require someone trustworthy for such a task.

I had a great experience with Dr. Drip. The techs and office manager were amazing. In addition tho great customer service, I also appreciate their honesty. I had 2 issues that needed repair and paid prior to the work being completed. The tech found that the repair for the kitchen sink required less work than I paid for. He advised me of that and I was promptly refunded for the additional payment that I made. I hope not to have anymore issues but if I do, Dr. Drip will be my “go to”. Their quality customer service and honesty have earned my business!!

Called them to have urgent eval of water leak in the basement. The plumber, Dave came quick and assured us the leak was not coming from us and all of our plumbing is fine, in fact leak was at the neighbors basement was coming to us. Dave was great, also asked him for water heater quote and will def use DR.Drip for water heater change. Also another person from the company, Nick, called me after the visit and made sure all concerns were taken care of.

Yesterday, half the power in my house went out during my shower, and the furnace shut down. I thought the furnace was done for, so I called Nick late at night — shampoo still in my hair! He immediately sent an electrician, and before midnight everything was up and running again. The next morning, Nick even followed up to make sure all was well.
I truly appreciate his responsiveness, sense of urgency, and care for his clients. I hope nothing else breaks anytime soon, but if it does, Nick and his trusted team are on my speed dial!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Angel and Romeo of Dr. drip plumbing and heating. They arrived on time and worked hard to get the job done. In addition, they were extremely personable and gave us some extra tips along the way. They were patient and very accommodating. We would absolutely highly recommend Dr. Drip plumbing to all of our friends and family. They are now our number one plumbers!

The plumber, Tyler, came to my place within a couple of hours of my call about a pipe that burst in my baseboard hot water heating system. He repaired it within an hour, and turned my water back on and my furnace back on, and the place was back to normal very quickly.

He also repaired a leak that was coming from the bathtub above my bathroom whenever the tenant showered. He had to open up some sheetrock in my ceiling to access the gasket, and he cleaned up after he finished the job. He also replaced the motor on my sump pump. Dr Drip's prices were reasonable and they were very responsive. I'm very happy to know that I can call a reliable plumber if I have any issues in the future.

We had a pipe burst in my in-laws house the Sunday of Presidents weekend. We didn’t know who it call and found Dr. Drip and gave it a try. Nick came in less than an hour, fixed the pipes that burst and got us set up with the restoration team that also came in that day. Thank you so much for your quick attention to this matter and helping us out, especially during a holiday weekend!

After 5 days without water and a failed service call with another company, we called Dr.Drip to see if they could defrost our service line between the house and the street. Impressive same day response to assess shower, hose bib and faucet leaks for new customer. Estimates and clear explanations for each individual job given along with efficient options for completion of all work. Follow through was excellent and plumbers involves were friendly and competent. Overall communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my toilet clogging, whixh wasnt getting resolved with a plunger. Evan and Armando came down to check it out within half hr. I was surprised at the speed of the response. Both of them were very pleasant to talk to and immediately made me feel at ease in dealing with the problem.

One very cold evening, I came home to no heat and no hot water. I have a tankless system on demand. After a rough, cold night, I reached out early the next morning to a few plumbers recommended on Nextdoor. I specifically wanted to support a small, local American business rather than a large heating corporation.

Nick, the owner of Dr. Drip, was the first to respond — early bird gets the worm! He gave me an early appointment window and immediately understood the urgency. I challenged him to get our heat and hot water back the same day, and he truly ran with that challenge.

The work his team did was impressive and meticulous. This was not a simple repair — it involved welding, repiping, electrical and gas work, and operating complex equipment. Nick communicated clearly throughout the entire day, keeping me informed every step of the way. It was a long day for everyone, but we went to sleep warm that night, which meant everything.

We had our boiler for our radiant heat replaced. Dr Drips crew worked hard and into the late night. All the guys working were very friendly and professional. After install they returned and tweaked the system until it was perfect. So happy we will be warm this winter - especially with all this snow. Nick was very attentive and easy to ctc. Reached out to Nick to get a waterline installed to connect my new reverse osmosis filter. My unit is relatively new as it is a large freestanding unit on the day of service. James came and provided excellent work. He was very neat knew exactly what he was doing, Nick the owner Was fair with the charges. Took off 15% my bill which was much appreciated.
