Dr. Drip Plumbing and Heating were extremely responsive. When I noticed water in the pan under my hot water heater, I assumed I had a leak and called Dr. Drip. They scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Nick kept me informed every step of the way.

Dawid arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the temperature and pressure relief valve, explained everything clearly, and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Drip again and would highly recommend them.

16 degrees out and no heat. Showed up in less than 30 min. Diagnosed the problem. Repaired it. Explained everything every step of the way. Asked for approval before any charge. New lifelong customer.

I had a pipe under bathroom sink leak and shower handle leak flooded basement. I called last night they made it to my property early morning fast service. The price I paid for both fixture repairs was bit steep compared to what my plumber usually charges but he was out of town and I couldn’t be without water any longer so Mr Drip came to the rescue. The tech was Tyler was very polite helpful and efficient resolved all my issues quickly .

Nick and his crew were so respectful, they took their shoes off before they entered my house and really left my house better than when they came in.They were very professional, and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Drip's responsiveness and service was incredible on a freezing cold Saturday before the Super Bowl. I thought I would never find anyone to come before our party but they answered right away and sent David to clear a toilet blockage 8 feet down! David was professional and got the job done at a reasonable price on a Saturday. He was pleasant and courteous and even wore paper booties to not track dirt in our home. Job well done!

Excellent experience with the team at Dr. Drip! Nick and his team are highly professional, are competitively priced and do an amazing job. Evan and Tim came out to my house to repair/replace a very old and very problematic shower fixture, diverter, shower head, etc. Evan and Tim were at the house most of the day completing the very difficult job we asked them to do - and they both did an amazing job and exceeded expectations. BIG thanks to Evan and Tim for all of their hard work! I highly recommend and will use them for future work.

We had a new boiler installed by Nick and his team. They were professional and great at their job. The job took a little longer than I expected but honestly it was worth it. Everything came out great and looking nice and clean. Will call them again for any other service I will need in the future. Definitely would recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with the team at Dr. Drip. The administrative assistants I spoke to were kind and attentive, and they even called to offer me an earlier time slot when one became available. Nick, the plumber who serviced our toilet, was prompt, communicative, and thorough. I also appreciated how transparent they were regarding our issue. There was no upselling or trying to do repairs that weren’t necessary. Our toilet was running every 3-5 minutes and driving us insane. Since Nick’s visit, everything has been working like a dream. Truly 5/5 stars.

Dr. Drip came to the house on the same day to diagnose a water heater issue. Nick diagnosed the problem quickly, and within 24 hours, David was repairing and servicing our home heating. A part needed to be replaced and have the system descaled. The service was extremely fast, clean, and had our heating back on like there had been no issues at all. David was extremely helpful, courteous, timely, and provided excellent service. Extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommended. We will be using Dr. Drip for any future services.

Edit 1: We had an excellent experience working with Ben and Brian with out new homes boiler. The issue was solved immediately after it was diagnosed, these guys are great! If they continue to keep their prices competitive, this will be the only plumbing service we ever use.

Dr drip was great. They came very quick on a Saturday last minute. The technician David was friendly, very professional and spoke to me In a way that I can understand what was going on, he also worked very neat. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had an frozen pipe emergency on Saturday night. Our plumber we normally use, was out of town and recommended Dr Drip Plumbing. We called and within couple hours, David arrived and did a fantastic job fixing our problem. Upon finishing the job, he ran the water, checked out the heating, fixed several other issues. He kept asking us several times: any questions or concerns? He didn't leave before making sure we were 100% satisfied and happy. We didn't use plumbing services for awhile, and were a little surprised by the price tag. But in all fairness, it was late Saturday, and two other companies we called quoted us even more. So we believe that the price is fair and commensurate with the efficiency and quality of the service provided. Thank you Dave! You are a great professional, with tons of common sense and nice personality!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Drip! I just moved into a rental in Newton, NJ and quickly discovered the water heater was completely busted. When I called, they immediately got me on the phone and worked to get me scheduled as quickly as possible.
What I didn’t even realize at first was that they were coming all the way from Westwood, NJ — which makes their service even more impressive!
It turned out the water heater was badly rusted and needed a new part, but to be safe they recommended replacing the whole unit. Thankfully our landlords are awesome and approved it right away. What really blew me away is that they didn’t say they’d come back another day — they left, grabbed a brand new water heater, came right back, and installed it that same day!
The technician did an amazing job. The work was clean, professional, and thorough, and he was so personable and kind. Nick and the communication from their call center were so refreshing — I always had updates and never felt left in the dark.
Finding out they came from that far just shows how dedicated they are. And as a bonus, they’re located right next to my hometown of Hillsdale, NJ — it felt like a good omen!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Drip Plumbing. I initially hired them to re-set a toilet, and I was charged $500 for the work. Unfortunately, the repair only lasted about a months before the caulking started coming off and the toilet began loosening from the hold-down bolts. For that price, I expected much better quality and durability.
Later, I contacted them again about fixing a gasket in a two-piece toilet tank. Instead of repairing it, I was told they could not fix the gasket and was offered a replacement toilet from them for $1,200. I pointed out that comparable and even higher-end toilets were available at Home Depot or Lowe’s for around $200, but that did not seem to matter. I was essentially told I would be better off buying the model they sold so it would “match their service.”
What also concerned me was that they ended up focusing on work I had not originally called them for, specifically my main water valve. At that point, I started to feel like everything was being upcharged. I later learned from a local DPW employee that a ball valve replacement would normally cost around $350–$450, while I was being quoted well over $1,000.
Overall, I left feeling overcharged and pressured into unnecessary or overpriced work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I only gave 1 star because this would not let me post a review without selecting a star.
