For me, Rick has been unresponsive and disrespectful. From our interactions, I have learned to be less trusting and more conservative in paying-in-full until services are agreeably deemed complete, by both parties.

Initially, all seemed well with Rick's service...
He had agreed to update the breaker panel and service line to a new-to-me home, with follow-up within three weeks to confirm that all service was functioning as expected.

Within two weeks of installation, I identified several misbehaving outlets, and an entire room without power. After two months had passed, I started calling Rick frequently, always reaching voicemail. Asking for the follow-up we agreed, and with further passing time, the voicemails I left included asking for the courtesy to respond, even with, "No, I will not further my work with you," so that I would stop trying.

Six months after initial service from Rick, I reach the contact that referred me to Rick. This contact reached out, and returned the information to me that Rick's response stated that Rick did the job, and would require further payment if I needed more service from him. I was prepared to hire Rick for more jobs -as we had initially discussed installing garage lighting and ceiling fans- but he still wouldn't respond.

I have asked another serviceman to evaluate my situation, and immediately it was identified that one kitchen outlet has been powered by two breakers, providing a dangerous supply of power (as demonstrated below).

Solar power is the best! Blue Max Energy New Mexico is a trustworthy and honest company.

Blue Max company was very professional and very fast at instaling solar equitment. Respected my property didnt leave a mess ! Would recomend to all my friends and family .

This company does bad business was supposed to draw up some electrical plans. Provide all the information needed would was told that he could do it & after 2 weeks nothing! & then told us that he wasn't going to do it! Waste of time! Bab business!

We called this company to get the electrical panel replaced for my parents house. The man came to give the estimate with only my dad there. My mom had some questions and later contacted him to get a more detailed explanation to what need to be done and go over cost. The man belittled my mother and said that she didn't trust him. Like really of asking questions to get a better understanding? Then he text my dad saying that he doesn't want to work with my parents any more. With this kind of behavior you won't be in business much longer. Seems like he wanted to take my parents money more than help.

Good place to buy solar panels

Jeff was amazing at solving our problem. His customer service is far beyond the ordinary. We will always check with CED Greentech Albuquerque first.

A tale of 2 solar companies: sunternal, came out talked,all the while working on his computer. When he was done told us what we would pay, I asked him for a hard copy so I could read it, sure, tomorrow he said. Never happened. Called, texted, nada. Emailed the company headquarters and got hard copies fedexed. My signature was everywhere,I never touched anything to sign,quoted prices were different than what he said, Called, texted to discuss my concerns, no reply. So I canceled, and texted him to tell him he got back to me right away, too late. Canceled.
Green tech came over explained everything sat down with me and his computer, explained everything, explained about auto signature and I did it,I know I did it. Asked for hardcopy, he came over the next day as promised with hard copies everything explain again. The site survey called today to schedule, and within minutes Juan texted me to tell me he would be there too,as promised. I am glad we went with Green Tech and Juan Cervantes.
Was so disappointed with Sunternal I'd advise against them.
I absolutely recommend Green Tech and Juan Cervantes. With rate increases on the horizon and more destined for the future I chose solar and my cost will be stable and producing electricity that may end up selling electricity back to the grid.
