They called 1 hour before appointment for an estimate to say that their electrician was stuck in a meeting. They rescheduled for today at 2pm. At 2:20pm, no one had arrived or called. I called them and they said they didn't know about the appointment and would have to have the scheduler call me back.

We worked in conjunction with them on a project and everything went smooth efficient And timely. Definitely recommend them for a residential commercial or industrial project.

Wanted $150 to test an $89 12v panel if I brought the panel to them. Got snarky when I expressed surprise at rate. Refused to suggest any other business that might perform test. Then hung up on me. Real professionals. Woman at Deltran Battery Tender talked me through testing using multi-meter in under 5 minutes.

Osceola replaced an inverter that a different company had installed wrong, leading to its failure. Osceola was helpful, timely, friendly, answered all my questions and the price was reasonable.

The salesperson explained the process thoroughly nd answered all our questions. They adjusted materials and time frames accordingly. NOT the typical 'New Mexicant' responses. They got to work quickly and the project was done in 3 days!

Tesla website reffered me to OE Solar. I had my Tesla charger intalled in my garage. The techs they sent out were very nice and were friendly about my dog barking the entire time they were in the garage. Overall they were in and out very fast and the charger looks good.

Osceola Energy installed ceiling lights, hot water shut off and trouble shot my GFIC. It was quickly evident that they thoroughly understand electrical work. Also, they explained the solar & wind process in a variety of ways so that I can make intelligent alternative energy choices. I have seen some of their completed projects... they are first on my list for all electrical work.

Absolutely superb! I have an unusual roof and was told by previous companies that getting panels either was not possible out that I would need major modifications but OE came out, looked at my place and designed a system that works perfectly for my house.

Very poor customer service. Osceola reps called my office demanding answers about an HOA application for their client and were extremely rude with our office staff. I called their office later in the day to follow up, and their 'customer service' person was extremely rude with me too, cutting me off and talking AT me. If that's any indication of how they deal with their customer, I would consider taking your business elsewhere.

OE Solar continued to be super professional and competitive when we hemmed and hawed about getting solar for our home. They have been patient with us and have answered all of our questions without pushing too hard to make the sale, something you don't see everywhere! 10/10 would recommend them for solar to anyone thinking about installing.

Osceola provided a good product at a fair price. With that being said if you can afford to go anywhere else, do so. The unprofessionalism starts at the CEO level and is present through the entire organization. Poor communication, little to no organization and an inexperienced sloppy install where I'm still picking up trash that they left both in and around my house and worrying about the exploratory holes they drilled in my roof. If you can deal with the hassles and want the cheapest possible install then Osceola may be the best candidate. If you like some level of professionalism and not to have to worry about the install quality and future warranty claims then go somewhere, anywhere else.

Osceola Energy has been great to work with. They are very friendly and helpful. Always there to answer any questions that I may have. There was a few hiccups with permitting and PNM, but Osceola kept me informed every step of the way and the project ended on a positive note. I highly recommend them for any of your solar and electrical needs. Being a returning customer definitely has it's perks with this company!

Osceola Energy has been a great company to work with! Very helpful, informative, and most importantly responsive. I really liked the website we had for our project, we always knew what was going on and I got to see pictures of the progress. We are so happy to finally have solar on our home!

They were awesome for us as they handled everything including the HOA questions and requests. We've had the system for over a year now and could not be happier. Recently on a Saturday we had a dust devil pull a panel off the array and deposit it into our front yard. I contacted Osceola and they came out Monday morning and replaced the panel and checked everything out. This is the reason I decided to go with them as they are local and aren't using sub contractors. Their monitoring of our system has been great as well.

My husband and I hired Osceola Energy to install solar on our home. Not only did they give us a good deal but they were able to work with my family's crazy schedule when it came time to install the system. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great product and a New Mexico-owned company!

Just wrapped up having OE Solar install solar plus Tesla Powerwalls (battery backup) at my house. Very happy I went with them, they were profession and responsive. It was great having them deal with the city, PNM and my terrible HOA! I talked with/met 3 or 4 different solar companies in early 2021 to look into Solar and OE Solar was much nicer to deal with even in that information gathering stage. OE was also a great value, since other companies wanted substantially more for the same equipment; I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off by OE. Felt like a valued customer the whole time. They are great local company to work with, and maybe the only Tesla Certified local company. Glad to recommend them to anyone!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Our experience with OE Solar was incredible. Not only are their staff professional and prompt with their communication (thanks Bo!) but their pricing is very competitive and more than reasonable. I went and researched big solar companies as well as local ones and Bo Shao (our contact) helped me navigate what system would be best for our home. In addition, he explained everything in a way that a non-solar person could understand. They will not screw you over with materials or a bait and switch like other companies and they will guide you every step of the way. We are a military family and it helps to know companies like OE Solar still value ethics and integrity in their business model.

Bo also made sure our system was exactly what we needed for the percentage to offset and OE Solar made sure they answered all our concerns from start to finish. In addition, they were up front with everything compared to other solar companies that try to talk big words over you in hopes you just sign up. If you haven’t received a quote from OE, it won’t hurt to try! We realized our solar purchase wasn’t like buying a car. Once it’s on, it’s on and we wanted to weigh all of our options and get which panels etc that would be the most efficient for us. OE Solar had the professionalism, expertise, and service we didn’t even know we needed. We felt like we were their #1 customer unlike some of the big solar corporate companies that treated us like another #

Our only regret was not doing solar with OE Solar sooner.
