Professional installation of my Tesla Wall Connector. Both the technicians and office staff were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Impressed with all aspects of this company! From quote to installation, the process was simple, timely and affordable. The EV charger was a great solution to charging two Telsa’s at the same residence. Cannot recommend OE enough!

I needed a Tesla wall charger installed within a few weeks of ordering my car - thank goodness for OE Solar! They scheduled an initial evaluation appointment as quickly as possible and got the charger installed as soon as they received it from Tesla. Don was friendly and professional, and he got the job done when he said he would. Shelley at the office is also very friendly and responsive, and the whole company clearly cares about the good work they do. Thank you, OE Solar!

Post-Install customer service is dismal at best. My install experience was fantastic. The install entire team was first rate and very responsive to questions and made it happen. Solar performance monitoring stopped when 2G and 3G went away. I got an email at that time that I would be contacted for a fix and also that a solar panel maintenance program was to be offered. It was at this time that I found out that there had been a complete staff turnaround. No one from the original team still worked there. I contacted OE to see if they could give me an estimate to get me online back (for monitoring my system) in Sept/Oct,. The first cust service rep stated that he would get me a an estimate within 7 days. After 2 weeks, I called again. This time someone sent me a link to a YouTube video which was useless. I called again, as this was not an acceptable response; I am over 65 and not an electrician. Again, the Customer Service manager promised some action. To date, the only communication I have received has been a solicitation to join their team. My system has been great but post install customer service is non-existent.

I had a great experience with OE Solar. Bo on the sales team explained all of my options to me and helped me design a great system with a great warranty! The installation went well. The panels are mounted very close to the roof, so they look really nice and clean. They kept me up to date as they worked with the inspectors. It's been up and running for 4 months now, and I'm thrilled! Even as we enter winter, I just have to pay the connection fee to PNM. My system is creating plenty of power!

The team at OE Solar was amazing. I had a dedicated project manager who provided frequent updates about permitting, scheduling, etc. At no point did I have to reach out for updates, they were always provided proactively. Work started on time, finished on time and has been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend OE Solar.

Solar Works Energy came and installed my new Solar Edge inverter and were professional and timely! The technician Fabian did an excellent job and answered any questions I had about the process. I am so thankful to have found a company to take over monitoring of my panels since NM Solar Group went out of business. I am very relieved to see my panels producing power again. During the whole process, Jennifer Atkinson gave me clear instructions on how to switch company monitoring of the panels through the Solar Edge website. She is very friendly and thorough.

Each and every employee I have had the pleasure to work with has been kind, thoughtful, and professional. They have been responsive to questions, comments, and concerns. They have been upfront explaining the various steps and time frames of completing the project since the beginning. The area around their work was left clean. Solar Works have been great to work with from day one. Beginning with my initial inquiries about solar energy all the way through, whenever I have called they have responded quickly and efficiently. Recently I had a minor issue, and Jennifer Atkinson had it handled almost overnight. The technician (Pete) who came to my home also was one of the original people who was instrumental in the installation of my array so he was thoroughly familiar with my setup. Working with Solar Works has been a pleasure and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who is considering converting to solar energy.

Jennifer Atkinson from Solar Works's Service Department went above and beyond when "adopting" us from our previous solar company who went out of business. She provided stepwise guidance helping us navigate a repair and even took care of processing a part warranty on our behalf. The service was scheduled quickly and she followed up every step of the way to ensure my complete satisfaction. She was thorough in answering my questions and prompt in her replies and tasks. Very professional and highly recommend.

Everyone from the installers, to my salesperson (Jennifer Atkinson) were very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. Scheduling was also very flexible. I’m very happy with SolarWorks’ service and products.

My SolarEdge inverter was down and so I contacted Solar Works Energy. Jennifer was able to confirm that the inverter wasn't functioning and got me on the schedule quickly. My technician, Dee, came out, replaced the inverter and got me back up and running in no time. Thanks again for terrific service!

First and foremost, I would like to recognize Jennifer Atkinson for her quick response to my request, I’ve been out of service coming up on 500 days and had spoken to at least three other companies trying to get my issues resolved, she handled my request quickly got me an appointment with an installer Kept me updated on the progress of my trouble ticket, and follow through after everything was done. Good Job, Jen. I am absolutely positive that everyone calling for service, gets the very same treatment that I got.

Solor works has been nothing short of amazing, from the sign up through the install. I have had nothing but stellar service from day one! Jennifer and Diones made sure my issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

A special thanks to Joseph Colombe, who's presentation months ago set my house in the right direction to finally go solar and become energy independent. Joseph's professional and friendly attitude helped me to easily understand the benefits of going solar and to go forward with the installation. But, it was the fact that he was easy to contact and helpful when simple questions needed to be answered, great guy. Solar works employees were all nice to work with, thanks guys!!

I had a wonderful experience with Solar Works from start to (almost) finish. My rep, Chuy, was great and kept me informed throughout the process. He answered all questions I had thoroughly. The install took less than a day to complete and looks just like the plan I approved. Arturo, Dan and Gustavo were extremely respectful of my property and very polite. They informed me of the status throughout the install. I highly recommend Solar Works for all of your solar needs, now and in the future.
Update: Jennifer Atkinson is wonderful. She and her service team (Art and the rest of the team) have been extremely responsive with any and all questions/concerns I have had since project completion. None of which were of fault of Solar Works. They worked quickly to help resolve any issue and ensure I am completely satisfied.

Jennifer Atkinson and the Solar Works technician Terry were very helpful. Jennifer was very helpful when I inquired about my solar panels’ concerns. Terry was very accommodating to show me the interior parts of the inverter and how he connected my system with my app.

Super worried about my solar installer going out of business! Found Jennifer with Solar works service and she solved everything! great service call with a real Tech! Everything I could have asked for. All fixed and have a new Solar company for new projects!

We got left in the lurch when our solar company folded, and been try for while to get our monitoring restored in case the system was misbehaving. The Solar Works guys were friendly and sharp, got the job done quickly.

We are so excited and happy that we switched to solar. Andy was our rep at Solar Works and made our experience great. He was very communicative, kept tabs on the progress and got everything set up for us. They had our breaker box upgraded before putting in the system so everything is nice and new. During our initial consultation Andy and his boss answered all our questions and explained everything to us from how many panels we would need, what it will cost, they showed us the app and explained the federal and state tax credit that is currently offered. They were not pushy at all which was very nice. I would highly recommend Solar Works if you are considering switching to solar!
