I contacted Solar Works Energy to troubleshoot my system (original installer out of business) and upgrade my system for WiFi communications. I am happy I did so. Jennifer Atkinson was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional in collecting information, walking me through the process and scheduling service and following up. The service technician was also terrific. I would not hesitate to call upon Solar Works Energy for repairs or expansion and give them my full recommendation with no reservations.

Jennifer answered the phone when I called, she was immediately in action after I told her my concern. She gave me assurance that she understood me and was able to set a morning appointment the next morning for the technicians to come and troubleshoot my solar panel system.
They showed up at my place the following morning and did the work to fix my system, all in under two hours. Great service and great customer service.

Well, it all started good. Until our sales guy, Conner left our kitchen table. The HORRIBLE lack of communication from Mr. Hill, is by far the worse I have encountered from a company. He never followed through with keeping us in the stages of installation and what happens next. Our system has been installed for about a month now and still now operating. City inspector came out yesterday, Wednesday, September 10 and failed the electrical part. Now waiting again. I had to reach out asking for updates, granted our system needed modification, had that been mentioned in the beginning there would be a delay in the inspection process from Mr. Hill and not me having to email him and waiting for a response. Every time I have called he has never answered his phone at point.of contact. Again yesterday when the inspector failed it, I called only to receive his voice mail. The inspector said he'd call him as he had his mobile number, Mr. Hill picked up for him. I heard the conversation and was left again sending an email asking when someone would be out. At that point Mr. Hill, should have picked up the phone letting me he was working on it. Lack of communication is troubling and when one is paying $$$ we expect better. Now we wait yet again!!!! Can not utilize our system.

Solar Works did some work on our homes solar and battery system. Everyone in the Service Department provided excellent customer service. Jennifer Atkinson provided us the information we needed and was flexible to meet our schedule. Jennifer’s attitude toward customer service should be an example to businesses everywhere. Solar Works provided professionals to do the work, showed up when they said they would, communicated what they were doing, cleaned up after the work and then checked in with us before they left to ensure we knew the system was working again and that the job was done. We needed some patch work around our house and once talking to Andreas, it was clear we needed the entire house to be redone. They did an amazing job with the stucco and the color we chose was perfect. The previous homeowner did not do the best job maintaining the house but they was able to fix all our exterior problems like filling in areas that were missing stucco and fill in misc holes that we could feel cold air from inside.

Andreas was also very informative with the stucco knowledge and we also received a discount for having used Solar Works for our solar panel install prior. Highly recommend if you need to re-stucco your home.

I recently hired Solar Works to redo my stucco on my single story home. Andreas came by and provided me a quote and worked with me to determine what met my needs. Lonnie then came by to walk me through the whole process. Both of them were easy to work with and professional. The crew worked fast and were thorough, in a single day they completed the initial work and stucco. A few days later they added the color layer in very short order. Overall absolutely great workers and very good at what they do. My house looks like new.

I would like to express my appreciation for service I received from Solar Works. Jennifer was so amazing, she was extremely patient with everything that was going on. It took a long time for my roof to be approved and then finally get repaired. Everyone was on hold for months because the weather and the decisions being made by my insurance company. Art from El Paso, who was the person in charge of removing and reinstalling my solar. Always call them for my refrigerated AC needs. Very reliable and professional. I have also referred my family and friends to them and they are very reliable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them .

A truck with Johnny's Electric was recklessly speeding through our neighborhood today. This fits with other reviews I've seen of this company. I would never use them.
