I was very impressed with the knowledgable and helpful staff. They knew which parts would replace a hard-to-find heater part and had them in stock. I also left my debit card in their store by mistake, and they kept it safe for a few days until I could retrieve it.

People at desk were kok sukers, very rude, spent $1k on a water heater, acted like they didn't care, said if I didn't like it or their attitude they'd take it back. Will not do business there again, shop around it's not worth poor service or attitude.

I've had Valaint work on my swamp cooler and was very disappointed. They replaced my motor and told me it was fixed but it went out two weeks later. They then told me the whole unit needed to be replaced even though it only a few years old. I was given a verbal quote for $1700 on the phone. Right before they showed up to get started I was texted a price quote I had to sign that was for $3400 without any explanation or itemization. I do not recommend.

I been using Valiant for nearly a decade. They are licensed to do Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC which makes them a 1-Stop shop for just about anything. Alfonso and his team have always been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The best way describe them is SMART. If you want to have things repaired/replaced or installed right the FIRST time then call them!

Alphonso is a hidden gem! I went to three different HVAC companies. Valiant was the only ones that were able to complete the work with honesty and integrity. Great customer service, they went above and beyond expectations. Thank you Alphonso!

Came to Phil in a pinch after being referred from a friend. It was a sudden freeze in October and our casita heater wouldn’t turn on after hours. After calling 5 different companies (most of them big companies) Gimesum HVAC was the only one to call me back. Phil diagnosed the problem quickly and the problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Phil was both professional and caring and we would definitely use him again in the future.
