Pearl Mechanical is a very unreliable, and unprofessional outfit.
They installed a boiler for us and we had to contact another company to finish their HACK JOB of an installation.
Would avoid them at all cost!

We have been using Pearl for 3 years now, using their services for home and rental properties. Cannot express enough how pleased we are with their service. Reuben has been our tech several times now and he is so kind and caring. He makes sure to go through each step he completed and gives details so I can understand what was done. Always answers questions. Our houses are older and have incurred some need for replacement. Pearl has always encouraged us to shop around and never pressured us into using their services. We do end up using them (venting replacement). Some key things we like about Pearl.

1. Offers bundling of heating/cooling change over
2. Prices comparable, if not on the lower end
3. Willing to explain issues and suggest solutions so we can find quotes ourselves
4. Kind and courteous
5. Guarantees their work and returns when issues arise either same day or close to it.
6. Have been one of the only services (after having big brands come out) to actually fix our issues.

This business was once reliable and truthworthy. Founders, Al and Pearl were fair and honest. Pearl and Al treated people with respect, like they would want to be treated. Since their son Matt took over, things are different. Matt is disingenuous. He has no follow-through. What he says cannot be trusted. Matt is quick to brag about Pearl Mechanical's first million dollar profits under his helm. It means nothing. He's going to run the family business into the ground with lies and being a flake.

Was referred by long time customers. They came to fix my heater same day I called, service was outstanding, price fair. Highly recommended, and I'll be using them for all my future ac/ heating needs

Wong Mechanical installed a whole house mini split system and I absolutely love it. It's the best decision I made. The quality of work and product is excellent. I highly recommend Wong Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

They responded on the same day and were very thorough and explained everything so we could take care of some of the issues ourselves. I highly recommend this company.

Miguel answered the phone in under 1 ring twice and was very responsive, clear, and concise with my best path forward.

At around 3:40 PM on the 550 Eastbound, two of this Company's vans, but especially the one with Chili plate AYLF92, the other being AZBM13, drove like absolute maniacs. They cut me off, and several others off without blinkers. Way to endanger people and represent your company. Then proceeded to push 100 MPH on the freeway. Definitely won't be considering this company knowing how rushed they are to get places, can't imagine how much they rush their jobs.

Just the facts: Miguel Wong installed 2 new furnaces and two new AC units at my house in November 2019. Today is May 20, 2020 and he just got all the problems fixed, I hope. Although he came right over almost every time I had to call him, I had to keep calling him back. In the last 7 days, he was working on problems with the units 5 days, and I had to stay home from work each time if I wanted it fixed...which I did.

Altogether he has had to come back 8 or 9 times since November. Yet he verbally abuses me because, after 6 times, I put my foot down.

I had to call him two months ago and then go without my AC for two months because of COVID 19. Even though I’m the only one in the house, could stay more than 10 feet from him, plus the AC unit is outside. So why couldn’t he come and fix it?

I had to call him three times in November and stay home from work each time to wait for him. Yes, he shows up, usually, but I’m not sure why he is unable to fix the problems. He says he’s a great professional.

All units should have been tested when they were installed. But they weren’t. It was not too cold when they were installed to test the AC units.

The first day with the new furnace, I awoke with the house at 95 degrees. The unit would not shut off. Three visits later, Miguel got that fixed. But then.....

He talks a lot, always telling me how great he is and how this has never happened before and.......

When I got frustrated with all the times I had to stay home for him, all the months of being without working equipment, Miguel decided the best way to handle it was to make fun of my work and verbally attacked me. When I said I could no longer stay home for him when he wanted, that I had to work to pay for things like the furnaces, ac , my house, etc, he texted back, “LOL”. Is he 12 years old?

And then, when I couldn’t answer his phone call because I was at the hospital, taking care of patients, he sarcastically texted me, “Thanks for answering my call.” As if, after all his visits, I should turn my back on a sick person to answer Miguel’s phone call? Again, is this a grown man? A professional? Or a junior high kid trying to get back at me because his equipment doesn’t work? Interesting because I paid him in full and on time way back in November. My payment worked well and immediately, but his equipment didn’t. I was patient and kind and accommodating for six months while he was spending the thousands I paid him. I have my limits.

Once I stopped being nice and held him to his responsibility, that’s when he finally started taking it seriously and went to work. But then he was mad at me That’s when he got nasty and sarcastic, and degrading. He just had to bombard me with his abuse, sarcasm, and immature behavior.

I told him to STOP texting me but he kept it up. I guess, like many men, Miguel doesn’t understand that No means No and when a woman says Stop, he needs to STOP. I had to block his number. Some men just can’t handle having a woman stand up for herself. That’s my experience with Miguel Wong of Wong Mechanical.

Miguel and his crew did an AMAZING job converting our home from evap air to AC! They swapped out two complete units(including the furnaces) and had them up and running within a day! Our house has been so much more comfortable this past week! A huge thank you to Alex, Luis, and Tio Andres! They were all very friendly and professional. Best part of all, is that the price was much better and affordable than the competitors. I had three other quotes done before choosing Wong Mechanical! Keep it up, fellas! THANK YOU!

I cannot say enough good things about Wong Mechanical and Miguel. They are so incredibly reliable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and very caring. They do great work and always go above and beyond, which is just not something that you see every day anymore. If you need any sort of heating or cooling services I would 100% recommend them! Not only have I had to call for their services on my personal properties, but they also provide services for the company that I work for and again, they have gone above and beyond for my company and our clients as well!
