Very very bad and unprofessional service. We contratact them to fix the plumbing for a house and they did a terrible job, the pipes flowed the house and they couldn't begin responsible, make us lost tons of money. Really bad experience, be careful doing business with them!

And they weren't just there to fix something to get through ... they made sure that everything else was working well for me and that I wouldn't have to run into problems - largely mistakes in past people's work. Mike and his team were excellent! Very professional, thorough and went out of their way to explain everything, and they checked and measured twice before the work began: they moved my 2 new heating/refrigerator cooling systems that were installed a few years back by Thompson Heating and A/C. I specified clearly to have the new units moved in next to the house - which was never done, they were left sticking way out from the house as the original units were huge and more than 2x bigger than the new ones. Mike and his team moved the units close to the house and in the process redid the connecting duct work. Mike thoroughly tested both systems: heat and A/C when the work finished. We had a cold night last night and I had to use the heat on both systems. I immediately noticed that both units did not run as long and more airflow was coming out of the vents. Mike corrected a very sloppy install that was leaking air from the unit bottom frame - which was taped up to prevent air leakage. When Mike finished he found that the unit was not squarely on its base and therefore pushing air into the base frame - which was taped to prevent air leakage. Mike and his team did a fabulous job correcting a very sloppy install by Thompson Heating and A/C. I highly recommend Marathon Mechanical Service! I will always use Mike and his team for all future HVAC work. Thank you Mike and your entire team!

Excellent service and explanation of how to maintain the tankless water heater.

We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. Mike came out and checked it out right away and found everything was working as it should. Great to have customer service like this! I would highly recommend them.

What a great experience even though I did not want to buy a new Air Conditioner. The team texted me and said they were on their way. A crane showed up within the hour and pulled the old unit off the room, and put a new unit on. I also had duct work that needed to be done and that was taken care of too. Marathon did a fabulous turn-key job on my new AC, and at a fair price. Great job! I'll be coming back again because I was so impressed with the work.

They are my go-to for years. They are super responsive, respectful and don't try to over-sell or BS you. They have even helped my in-laws on a few occasions and they were also very impressed with their quality of work.

I had a large home improvement project covering a new evaporative cooler, furnace and water heater. When Marathon was suggested by a neighbor, I called them and was happy to quickly have a qualified estimator come to my home to view and discuss the work. I was also quite happy to find their bid price significantly better than the others I had already received/reviewed.

The next good news was finding that they could schedule my large project the following week, and the final good news was that by the end of a long day with multiple craftsmen working in parallel on the related project, all new appliances were tested by me and found to be working properly. I am writing this review three days later so that I can confirm, in actual usage scenarios, that each new appliance is meeting its upgraded performance goal. All members of the Marathon team, including call-support and office administrative staff worked to deliver a professional result which I can easily recommend to anyone with similar needs.

I had a gas leak at one of my commercial properties in Santa Fe. They were able to quickly come out and determine where the leak was coming from. They made repairs, pulled permits and got my business back open quickly. Highly recommend.
