Foreign boiler...parts from Germany via Canada...when it works...stellar...nice and hot...when it does not...CALL KEEFER...four visits...multiple hours on the phone to customer service to diagnose the problem and ultimately go as far as reestablish the working code. Most people would have quit. Outlaw does due diligence to solve the problem, going out of their way to make sure things are working perfectly.

My numerous experiences (central air and heating,plumbing(when the company used to do it) they were very professional ,explained the job and costs,stayed on budget, adjusted as require after making cost clear to us( even if they decreased!) . When your furnace is in an interior closet, it is easy to neglect that closet, especially when you only open it to change furnace filters. That habit proved to be unwise, as my utility closet floor is wet and has been for a while.
I tried educating myself further on the components of the heating and cooling unit to better understand the how/where/when condensing water accumulates - but with a disability, its not so easy to bend down, kneel, review manufacturer labels, etc...let alone get back up.
I placed a call to Outlaw Mechanical about my situation, what sets this contractor apart from anyone else is how they responded to my situation.
I received a call directly from the owner after business hours, setting time aside from his family to dialogue about what was happening, determine the severity of the situation, educate me on the components and provide insight on how to protect my home from moisture damage.
This interaction positively reinforces to me that my family's situation was just as important to him as his time 'off the job' with his family.
I intend on hiring Outlaw Mechanical for my likely upcoming furnace & refrigerated air replacement as my unit is likely at the end of its life. What inspires me even more, that they take pride in their work and showcase a utility closet like art work. I can't wait to see that in my home!

Keefer did the inspection on our house and recommended a couple of fixes which we had him implement. Everything worked fine last winter but as it gets cold this season, the system isn't working. I tried to schedule the yearly maintenance as recommended/required to maintain the warranty, but that isn't going so well..

I tried to schedule maintenance about a month ago (1st of October) through their online portal and haven't heard anything back. I tried to call but it goes straight to voicemail and the message says they are booked out until December. I also tried to email asking a very basic question to try and get my system back online but nada. At this point, I'm just going to get maintenance from someone else. I need my heat working before next year.

We relocated from TX and not only did they walk us through what we just purchased as we are new to radiant heat, but they tuned the boiler to make it run efficiently. Love their sales style - relaxed and educational, they let us choose what was right for our budget and family. Earned a life long customer here!

Ditto on all the glowing reviews. I had an old non-condensing boiler that required replacement. I had performed some research and I wanted to replace it with a condensing high efficiency boiler. Keefer (Owner) came out for the initial review, and put together three different quotes for me to choose from. I have no doubt that any one would have served me well.

He encountered a problem with materials delivery, so in order to keep me on schedule he offered to upgrade my boiler at his cost(!)

His team showed up on time, finished quickly, left an exceptionally clean worksite and the install looks fantastic. His team rarely uses soldered copper connections; they have invested in tools to use swaged / crimped connections which are safer for your home, makes for a much faster install, and looks great.

My end solution is comprised of components that I was unaware were available.. such as variable speed floor circulation pumps. The final "tuning" of the system includes an outdoor temperature reset, the variable speed pump which only runs to maintain a specific system temperature differential, and upgraded thermostat and valve control.

There is a ton of theory behind getting a boiler system designed and implemented properly. This guy does it right.

I'm looking forward to a comfortable winter, with lower heating costs. Thank you Outlaw Mechanical!

Keefer knew more about our radiant heat/boiler system than anyone prior, even the original installer. Extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Very professional. We went with his bid!

These guys are the best! Professional and courteous. I called them and described my problem, they came out replaced some parts and boom, I was up and running better than ever first shot. These guys are knowledgeable and worth every penny. Gabe was the tech that helped me and he’s even saving me money on my bills with new ECM high efficiency parts from TACO! I’m glad I called Outlaw. I won’t be using anyone else ever again.
