HVAC reviews in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Never have been disappointed. Frank is the great go to guy for water heaters, swamp coolers and the like. Reasonably priced, fast service, cleans up afterwards. Now I'm considering an HVAC thru his company.

I have been having a nightmare this summer with "contractors" my rental company has been sending over to my house to get our AC running. Multiple visits for hours on end, no communication. Needless to say, my family and I have been stressed and finally demanded we get a local company who knows what they are doing to come out. The owner of MMA himself came to our house and was the most down to earth and respectful dude ever. He shot straight with me, told me exactly what needed to happened and him and his crew got it done. Beyond impressed with this company, couldn't recommend them more. Respectful, knowledgeable, experienced and honestly just a pleasure to work with. Whole family is happy and cool now. Once we buy a house, these are the only guys we will be calling.

Frank and his guys are the best! Always willing to talk solutions and always available when we need them. Honest and reliable! I've referred them to many friends and family and have never been disappointed!

Frank has always charged us a fair price. Recently, our puppies chewed up the wires to our air conditioner outside and Frank researched how to fix the mess the puppies left us and now our air conditioner is working in time for summer for less than $200! We are very thankful for the hours of research and Frank calling the manufacturer of our AC unit and making 2 trips to our house, saving us hundreds of dollars of having to buy more expensive parts!

They work with your schedule, great pricing, if you need something fixed Matt Ramirez will always take a picture and show you before fixing it. We have used Matt Ramirez for years to get our heater fixed and on or swamp cooler same thing. I would give them 10 stars 🌟 if possible.

Frank “Matt” and his team has taken care of us year after year! He installed our AC and when our furnace died he replaced it too! He does my winter/spring start ups every year and will have my business if I ever move too. Great service!

Called him about my plumbing issue. Said he would call me later with an estimate. Never did. Also sounded like he had an unhealthy cough. Called him back the next day, never gave me an estimate, said something like he was all booked up. I guess this plumber is not a man of his word. If he wasn't going to call me back he shouldn't have said he would.

Bryan and his assistant Patrick were on time, fast, and did great work! I called back for something small and Bryan sent someone out immediately. Highly recommend!

Called him up because our refrigerated AC unit was freezing up.and stopped running. He was all booked up for the day but still came out and helped us get our unit running again. He charged us much less than others would have charged for even coming out on weekends. Highly recommend!

We contacted several vendors about re-plumbing our entire house, as our under-slab copper piping was leaking. We received several bids, Bryan Baca plumbing could perform the work with the least waiting time. Baca plumbing ran the new plumbing through our attic. We wanted to ensure the pipes would not freeze, being in a vented attic; Baca plumbing said they would insulate the pipes and there would be no freezing problem. However, after our first hard freeze, the pipes did freeze, we went into the attic and found several sections of PEX pipe not insulated. We also found a section of pipe directly contacting the inside of the roof. We called Baca and told them about the freezing problem. They came about a week later and covered some of the sections and dropped the section running along the roof onto our walkway; it's a tripping hazard and a mess.
The pipes continued to freeze, Baca said he'd only come out and fix the freezing if we paid more. The plumbing froze five more times before it became sufficiently warm so freezing wasn't a issue. Baca said he'd install a heater to warm things up, at a lot of extra cost, of course. Who heats a vented attic???? So, we're going to have to re-route the plumbing and put extra insulation on the piping at our cost. Baca also plumbed a toilet with hot water. There are also sections of our walls which were left unfinished after the drywall was cut out to run the PEX pipe.
Not at all pleased.
