Excellent experience working with Bryan to replace our leaking water softener. He responded quickly and was professional over the phone and during the install.

I hired Bryan Baca to install a sink and garbage disposal in my kitchen. He was very responsive and professional. He got it done right away and his price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him

Bryan was great! He helped us with some repairs on our wet bay and shower on our RV! He was affordable, quick, and came out to us when the mobile RV guys were too booked up. His work is solid, not a drip!

Bryan was a hero to our family. We got into an ugly situation with a slimeball contractor who left us with our bathroom down to the studs and out $4100. I had worked with Bryan earlier in the job and was so impressed with him, he was prompt and polite and his work was high quality. He helped us finish our bathroom and try to stay in our original budget. He knows how to do everything! He basically rebuilt a whole room and everything is perfect and beautiful and just what we wanted. I'm thankful for Bryan and his expertise and would recommend him for any job!

I have used Bryan’s service multiple times. I had him Installed a new heater, and add ventilation for the heater to work at its intended capacity. I have had majority of my water pipe lines replace as well and they are always on time and do an efficient job in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Bryan was great! He came in and replaced our Furnace in our new home, and the price was great! He is great to work with and responds to any calls/texts, and on top of that he was a super cool guy! Thank you Bryan!

Bryan is amazing! We had him put a heat/air combo in our house. He was very prompt and reliable. He got the job done in 3 days and it was a huge job. He left our place cleaner than it was to begin with. I recently called him back to remodel my bathroom. It is not complete but he is right on track. I am very pleased with him and his crew. They are honest and I feel totally comfortable with them in my house. I have 2 girls and I felt totally safe with them. They are here to work and get the job done. I am amazed at how professional they are for being a small company. I would recommend Bryan Baca to anyone. He really tries to stay within your budget. I will call him for all my projects. Bryan did an awesome job replacing my old furnace. He was on time and very professional. Installation cost was under half of what a locally advertised, monthly mail flyers company quoted.

I had Bryan replace my furnace do to the age of the original one I had in the house. When he quoted me a price (parts and labor), I was very surprised that it was about 1/3 the cost of TLC and other larger HVAC companies. The quality of the work done was excellent and was completed in about 3 hours (clean up and removal of old equipment). I have plans for more HVAC work in the future and I will defiantly be calling Bryan to do the work.

Bryan Baca did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. As you can see in the before pictures, he removed the previous tub and shower and redid the plumbing to allow for the rain shower and extra hose along with the tile in the master bathroom and closet. He also redid our other bathroom with new shower and tile as well as a third bathroom. He did all the proper plumbing, tiling, and even installed a water softener. He can do it all and it was a great value. He took his time but was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend his work!!!

Reading these reviews is like reading about 2 different companies. I am not a family member of Julian or any of his crew. All I can say is that he and they have always been on time, been professional and pleasant and have done the job quickly and well. We converted from evaporative to refrigerated air and added a mini-split in one room that couldn’t be ducted. The proof is in the results. I will hire Julian and JC&E whenever I have a job in their wheelhouse.

Project in question: Quemazon area, Los Alamos - New construction.

Scope of work: Fix an HVAC installation improperly done by a another HVAC specialist. This involved 2 condensers and 7 mini units.

Review: Before I write a review, I will give Julian and his team (son) the opportunity to make things right. I have texted Julian numerous times and he has not gotten back to me.

Julian, you know your behavior is very questionable. Please respond to my text and make things right. I am the customer and not the GC, so whatever issue you had with the GC should not affect me, which btw I paid you $6.5K for material and installation. I believe that in your heart you will make things right. Please text me to arrange a refund to me.

Continued review after inaction from JC&E LLC

Per my pre-review above, I gave enough time to Julain to make things right by either returning to finish the work he was contractually hired to do, or by returning a portion of labor paid that he did not finish and materials not used. Unfortunately, he did not do either.

Summary of the contract:
- Contract was signed on 02/24
- Scope: To complete “an easy install,” as disclosed per contract, for $9K, $4.5k payable in advance to complete installation for mechanical inspection and $4.5K to be paid after final inspection.
- Julian was paid the $4.5K as stipulated per contract and an additional $2K for materials, but not only did he never finish the installation for the mechanical inspection, but he also abandoned the job and never returned the materials unused. The newly hired installer had to purchase the material that remain in Julian’s possession.
- Julian told me multiple times that the inspection was scheduled, but when I call the CID I found out that he had never scheduled it. Only the permit was pulled.
- The new HVAC person that I hired finished everything in two days and we passed inspection.
-Terrible experience.

I really appreciate that Julian worked with me and in my budget to get me what I wanted. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything which was nice. I would definitely recommend their services.

The guys are always great. When I call they show up and fix the problem.

Called for a free quote, came out and completed the job two days later & in 4 hours. Polite, honest, hardworking, thorough, great teamwork, & amazing price!
