Lawrence came out, checked belts, showed us how everything worked, and gave us a quote to replace 3 filters for our commercial property.

Extremely professional, Lawrence called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and he was on time. Very knowledgeable, courteous and detailed. He explained the steps and process of the work to be done.

I highly recommend Mechanical Concepts. I can not speak more highly about Justin and Lawrence and their responsiveness and professionalism. I had called a different company that said I needed to replace my entire HVAC unit. Lawrence came out the same day I called and said it was simply a blower. The part was ordered that day and arrived 5 days later and was installed. I appreciated their honesty and communication!

The Company has very nice staff and the technicians that come out for repairs are always polite, Way Too Polite. Some will strike a very friendly conversation with you and will show and explain what’s happening with your furnace or ac, while they are chatting it up with you THE CLOCK IS TICKING $$$..A simple condensate pump cost around $129 ($89 at Lowes) that should have taken about an hour to replace MAXIMUM took just under four hours.Now the best part is that the timeline goes off the GPS in the vehicle so regardless of the common sense of the repair time YOU WILL LOSE THE CONVERSATION WITH MANAGEMENT. Regardless how small or large the repairs are The Clock Starts Ticking when that vehicle Stops at your residence and ENDS when it leaves..So have everything ready for the service person that shows up and do a quick explanation on what’s the problem If you do anything more then that $$ YOU LOSE. Also re-inspect the work to make sure you don’t have spare parts left over or missing screws, I have two broken screws and one missing causing the outside unit that makes loud vibration sounds.Other Than That They Are Very Nice People And Always Very Polite And Did A Beautiful Complete Home Conversion By Getting Rid Of The Swamp Cooler and a Old Furnace, Completely Installation Of A New Furnace And AC System With New Duct Work Throughout The House And Vents Since The Old Setup Was Rusted And Leaked Pressure. I Hope To Receive A Phone Call From The Owner Someday.

Still no phone call from the company… going on almost year and still nobody cares . had to have TLC fix some vibration noises only to find out screws were missing.

Maybe before the New Year Ball Drop I will get a call? Regardless what people post about this company and how wonderful they are, Just remember that they can’t even write back,text or make a call to someone that spent $$$$$$$ on replacing the entire house with New Ventilation Ducts and switched to AC and New Furnace.

These guys have been great! I paid them to build a roof jack, elbow, and stand for my Mastercool that I installed myself. Don, Edgar, and Justin were super helpful in answering questions and taking the time to explain things through to me. Not to mention, the build quality was amazing. Will be returning to these guys for future projects!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. my dad works here and he does a really good job. i’ve been able to go to his work a few times and a few side jobs on the weekends with him sometimes and he works really hard. so we will end up working on our house sometimes like fixing heating and stuff. he’s anthony that’s my dad. i love courtesy they work professionally and work hard.

My heater was broken in 25 degree temperatures. Courtesy was able to squeeze us in the same day. Cheyenne was courteous and efficient. Ron was knowledgeable and successful in one visit. I felt like I got an honest deal from an honest technician. It seems the management fosters a great culture where the employees feel like it is really all about the customers!

Courtesy was recommended to me by my usual plumber who could not make it out. They were great, Neal showed up and took care of my pilot light that had gone out. I felt he was honest and did a great job. I will use courtesy again.

You know how sometimes you spend money on things and are not completely satisfied? This has never been the true for us with Courtesy. They have done a number of projects at our home over the years including removing our swamp system and replacing it with a new furnace and refrigerated air, replacing our water heater and installing hot water re-circulation, and this week replacing a bathtub and installing new fixtures. The work and the staff are exceptional and have always provided great customer communications and service. With Courtesy, we always feel it is money well spent.
