We had an HVAC problem on our unit, appeared as though a recent electrical storm knocked out the electrical board on the, kept blowing fuses. We called another local company who came out and told us we had more issues with the compressor and tried to sell us an entirely new unit for a system that was only 6 years old. We contacted FRPHC and Daniel Garcia came out, re-evaluated the unit and determined only the control board and a transformer needed to be replaced, the compressor and rest of the unit was fine. Saved us thousands of dollars and gave us the truth on the status of the unit. You have to be careful who you trust and based on our experience FRPHC and Daniel are the right people to trust. Just want to thank them for all the help and being an honest company. Thanks.

Jude came out to evaluate our blocked sink. He was polite and friendly and did a great job getting us going again. Plumbing is always expensive but I felt fine with the price.

Small water leak from hot water heater feeding into house. Technicians diagnosed, removed piping and replaced with new. Technicians were very knowledgeable and performed the service in a very timely manner. They knew what they were doing and were very personable. Explained in detail what they were doing and inspected the repair after completing to ensure it fixed the problem.

I had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced due to a leak and age. I called and left a message on Sunday. Jude responded asked questions and set a time on Monday to come assess the issue. He was very knowledgeable and personable answered all my questions and provided a reasonable quote. We were able to be schedule the replacement of the water heater on Tuesday. Jude and Daniel came out and did an amazing job. I highly recommend First Rate, the quality of work is awesome and the way they introduce their employees prior to their arrival is wonderful. They send a bio via email introducing them prior to the appointment. To me it shows they value their employees making them real prior to customers meeting them. Thanks so much for the terrific experience start to finish. I plan to have them take care of my HVAC needs at the changing of the seasons.

Our technician Saul, did an excellent job on helping us unclog a really bad plug in our pipes. He was communicative, friendly, and persistent in making sure that everything was fixed properly. The cost of services was reasonable and we’re very happy with the service we received.

Story checked out our 2 old furnaces in crawl space. He actually discovered the second furnace that we never knew of. He gave us photos and full explanations of several important issues. He was patient and relaxed. We are appreciative of the time and effort he gave us. Well worth the money

We were pretty happy with everything really. Our calls were answered right away, spoke with a person, did not have to go through any frustrating auto services. Very professional setup from an office standpoint. They sent out Sebastian who we were very happy with. His work was excellent, and he was very personable and had a pleasant way of going about his work. I’m a fairly insistent person that things are done properly and his work was excellent and very clean. He also explained the operations of the control unit etc. very happy. I’m had a heater that was not working properly. Josh came out the same day, did a through inspection of the unit. He found the issue and explained it so I could clearly understand. He took pictures and showed me the issue. The unit needed replacing. He was able to get the unit to work, while we prepared for the new unit. He installed the new one, just two days later and did a great job. Very professional, good attention to detail and very professional. My place is nice and toasty thanks to Josh and Josh.

I would not only hope to continue with all my A/C and heating needs through Joshua, I will continue to recommend his work to anyone. He is quick, efficient, and always honest. Can't say enough positive comments about working with Josh Pacheco! He is so thorough and has such attention to detail! Quality professional work that you KNOW will be done right. He really cares about his work. He knows the products he installs inside and out and can explain all aspects of their use. After the install, he takes the time to run the equipment and make sure everything is functioning as it's supposed to, while he walks you through the manuals if needed and explains how to work the equipment. We had Josh install two mini-splits in a new construction rental unit. We liked his work and the product so much we had him install a third mini-split in our personal home. He also maintains the central HVAC heating/AC unit in our home. When we needed a gas dryer installed properly to insure no gas leaks, we called Josh because we wanted to know it was done right the first time.
