I received terrible service from R&R Heating and Air regarding my evaporative cooler not working properly. I called R&R on June 21, 2025 to report the problem with my AC, and they scheduled a technician for June 26, 2025. The technician went on the roof to check on the AC unit and he came down and stated everything is working properly even though we had little air flow and it was very hot and muggy in the house. I asked a family member if they could come into town to look at my AC because I am limited on going up a ladder and on the roof. My family member found the AC pads riddled with bacteria and mold. I would not recommend this company, their technicians lack expertise. They state on their website they are NATE certified yet their technician did not recognize the problem and failed to address the problem. R&R is in the service business and people like me have to trust that the company is taking care of our investments but R&R failed to do that for me and my family.

prompt, early even, friendly, competent, knowledgeable-fixed my furnace rather quickly after city volunteers misdiagnosed the problem and deserted me not only without heat but they didn't even bother to cover my swamp cooler-the city volunteer plumbers, i mean. very much appreciated their knowledge and kindness as I'm disabled and badly injured. Thank You, I was scared to death and the city clowns were abusive, so much for the city, call these guys first and don't get abused by city jerks like I was, and we pay taxes for that garbage, hard to believe!! they did not even charge me and warned me about problems on the horizon to prepare for

One of your vans just blew through a school zone on Montgomery! I’m not the type to complain but when it comes to the safety of the kiddos that’s something that should be brought up. Not a good way to advertise your business by going 40+ in a 15mph school zone. This happened on 1/27/26 around 7:25 am.

I like to preference this by saying, I never really endorce Companies but, I have to say that FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical has proven themselves over and over. With quick response and very professional technicians who fully understand the work . I've recommended and continue to recommend them to my friends and family for any of their heating, plumbing and cooling needs.

They replied super fast, and were able to get me on their schedule right away. Very friendly and do quality work. They were able to redo my plumbing quickly, and cleaned up like they were never there! Will definitely use them again!

FRA Mechanical installed my new heating and AC unit 2 weeks ago. Floyd was very professional and fast. He and his crew showed up and removed my old units and got my new unit installed in no time. Everything looks GREAT and they insured that everything was up to par and my satisfaction before leaving. The next week I had a roof installed and they damaged 2 of my refrigerant lines. Floyd and company showed up immediately and got me working again in no time. I would highly reccomend FRA Mechanical to all my friends, family, and strangers. Great company! called because our heat stopped working that morning and Floyd was able to get to our office right away within an hour and had our issue fixed for a fair price.

FRA Muniz has helped us on various projects around our commercial property and also installing a sewer tap on our vacant lot. FRA Mechanical replaced two AC’s at our home last fall and did an excellent job calculating the exact size of units to install. Our house has been very comfortable throughout this hot summer!
Their work is very neat and clean! Several times I needed to call them to service the units because a water filter failed to supply water to the units. Floyd being a great communicator always promptly returned my calls and fixed the problem.
