I have used them on several locations, starting with good service to now, I can’t get them to finish what was started. At one location, I was assured that the system installed would do the job. Unfortunately that is not the truth, my upstairs is too hot to occupy and can not get them to fix. At my personal location, the system has not worked properly since installed over a year ago. To fix, I am being asked to pay for the labor as the units are under warranty. However, the a/c has never worked, why do I have to pay more!!!

We had this company over for an emergency repair. Their guys left twice saying the issue was resolved when it was not. They didn’t appear very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and had to speak to the original installer twice to diagnose the issue. They didn’t come over to complete the repair until the following day and sent a high bill with an emergency fee charged prior to the system working.

A and D gave us a great price to convert our swamp cooler to refrigerated air and update our heating system! Our home is an older home so most of the duck work was updated!! They were professional, on time, and we are in love with our system.

A/C went down in the middle of a heat wave, I called Aaron with A&D. Through is on line estimate, I was able to get an awesome quote and install of a new A/C system I call called on Monday today is Thursday and I'm sitting in a nicely cooled 70° these guys ROCK! curious, friendly, clean, fast, on-time, what more can I say, if you want professional and fast. I'm very happy. Thank you A&D !!!

I called them when my heater suddenly stopped working. They showed up when they said they would and they were very nice AND affordable. I would definitely hire them again.

My refrigerated air went out during a brutal heat wave of consecutive 100 degree days here in Albuquerque. I called A&D and they sent a tech out within an hour!! My AC system was diagnosed and repaired extremely fast while not sacrificing quality work and in my opinion, working better than before it started acting up. The unit seems to be putting out cooler air than it had been. I will use A&D for any other HVAC needs I have and will definitely pass their name on to anyone who is looking for heating or cooling services. This company is exceptional.

I live out of town but I have a place locally, and I hired them for changeover for summer and I’m so happy that I did! They were on time, did great work and they were super friendly. Highly recommend! 🙂

Called for Emergency Service, told me the job was scheduled and I would receive a call from the service department. Nobody reached out so I followed up and got the same response. It passes the time they said they would arrive and I follow up. The person on the phone as no clue and is constantly saying he is going to leave a "note" for the service department. At this point I don't even believe they exist.

I can not say enough positive things about Aaron and A & D. They were awesome. They were easy to work with from start to finish. All appointments were on time. Juanito is a professional installer. Very friendly and very thorough. Aaron was on top of things from start to finish. They kept to the estimate except for one unexpected issue which was totally out of their control. They then suggested the most cost effective way of handling it and stayed on schedule. I would heartily recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had them come out to check our my ac and furnace. They determined that it's working well and replaced the filter..

We called Monday July 1, a technician came out that afternoon. We were told the part needed to be ordered, replacement of the motor and cleaning would be $725.01, and would not get in until July 5 but an attempt to rush the item would be made. I made several attempts to get an update on the rush of the item, I got an attitude or no response on most occasions. On July 5, after 7 days (ac went out on Friday but had to wait for a warranty referral until Monday) we were supposed to get the part between 3:30 and 5:00 pm. At 3:00, I went home to be there waiting. I requested an update on the delivery, nothing. At 5:00 I requested an update. I was told the technician would call the vendor to hear about the delivery. I was told there was no delivery so “hopefully” on Monday! I text JP to let him know I no longer wanted his services due to lack of response, lack of follow through, the cost, lack of timeliness. So I decided to go with another company who gave me an appointment, got the broken part which I was told was sold out everywhere in Albuquerque, and it was fixed within 2 hours for $266. When talking to the owner or secretary, I got an apology for MY misunderstanding, and that JP “did not mean” any of his messages.

We had a brand new AC and furnace installed by this company Airworx 2 1/2 years ago. It took them five months to install. They were not going to have the unit inspected and we persisted. Come to find out they did not even install a filter between the air intake and the furnace. The air vents going from the top of the unit for the air-conditioning are way too small. They did a really horrible job installing our units. Besides the fact of taking five months to install. When they wired up to our electric panel they disconnected our well. They did not even know what they were doing. I would not ever recommend this company
