I had been without A/C for 2 weeks during this insane heatwave. Called a few places and was told wait time was a few weeks out for service. I called FRA, spoke with Floyd who fit me in for an inspection the next morning and had Gary come out that same afternoon! Gary changed out the furnace motor quickly and efficiently and had my A/C up and running again! Absolutely fantastic experience all the way around, professional, friendly and fast service at an incredibly great price! I have already recommended their company to others and will definitely continue to give them my future business!

My furnace went out and needed care beyond my abilities. FRA came out conveniently and was quick to help. I needed some parts replaced and they ordered them and installed the parts no problem. The price was very reasonable, the tech was professional, the service timely and they made the job quick and easy.

We needed a new blower motor for a furnace, just as freezing temps were on the way. Floyd scheduled us for an appointment in a timely fashion. The tech, Gustavo, was friendly, professional, and very competent. Floyd let us know exactly what the part would cost prior to installation. At least one of your drivers needs to learn about zipper-merge. He just dangerously cut me off near I-25 today. I understand being assertive in traffic, but that was just bad driving. I'm actually looking for someone to do a plumbing job right now but won't be contacting you for a quote. Please tell your drivers that when they are in your branded vehicle, they are representing your company, and he just blew it.
I would have told someone about this on the phone instead of a Google review but just kept getting sent to voice mail.

Recently got my swamp cooler converted to refrigerated air & my furnace updated from an older unit. FRA was very reasonable pricing & the service was amazing.
