We had an emergency and a friend referred Fra Muniz. He came highly recommended.
I called and left a message. The message was promptly returned and he sent out a wonderful technician named Joe who was able to identify and repair the problem and our air-conditioning HVAC system was backed up and running within two hours Of having made the original call. It's so hard to find a trustworthy business that responds quickly and accommodates in such a short turnaround period. The work was excellent and Joe was incredibly professional and tidy with all of his work. As a small business owners ourselves it's really wonderful to count on other small businesses that are passionate about what they do, have a good work ethic and stand behind the work they perform.

Our swamp cooler in our office and shop stopped working. started blowing hot air. in the 100° temperatures.

Excellent customer service! Big thanks to Floyd and his team for replacing two wall heaters in our house right before the holiday. Eric, Alex and team showed up right away and got to work. They were on time, tidy, really friendly and knowledgeable. They all went the extra mile to make sure we had a warm Thanksgiving. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. I have used FRA Mechanical in the past for my heater so I called for an estimate on a new A/C unit, Frank is very polite and professional, he gave me a quote immediately, which beat out the other two. Great service always kept informed. Old swamp cooler removed from the roof and new Mastercool installed on a concrete pad I had poured next to the house. It works great and no more climbing on the roof to service it.

We did a complete bathroom remodel. We moved the location of the toilet, the bath, and the shower, got a double sink, and added a washer and dryer! WOW--great service from a quality company! We were in the market for a new HVAC system (both AC and gas furnace) and after getting 5 estimates, we chose FRA Muniz. We were very impressed with every step of the process. They weren't the least expensive, but came in 2nd in that department. The deciding factor was their 10 year parts AND labor warranty. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They installed five mini splits heads in my 73 year old flat roof home, and made it look easy. I really just needed them for cooling, but the heat function works so well I haven't had to turn on my furnace at all. Eric and the crew were kind, courteous and respectful, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. A great experience overall, I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend FRA. We had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance; however before our scheduled appointment regular maintenance became an emergency. Called FRA told them my situation and Floyd said he would have someone come right over! We are so satisfied with the work, the professionalism of the entire crew, and our unit has never worked better. Thank you FRA for taking such good care of us!
