horrible service, called to have my furnace repaired, technician came out, advised they could fix but would need to get pricing for me and would call me in the morning. The next day didn't hear from them so called in the afternoon and was told the tech would call me. Never got a call so called again hours later and final the tech called me and said they found the parts and gave me an estimate then said he'd call me back to set a time to come repair the following day. Never heard back. The following morning they called, asked for someone else and said they had the wrong number. I explained I had called them and explained what all had been going on. Service lady apologized and said the tech would call me.... these people are not reliable, if you need work done go with someone else other wise you'll be waiting around wondering whats going on.

I called them to repair my heater. When everything was said and done, they charged double their estimate and my heat still didn't work.

I called the owner and got nothing but excuse after excuse why they couldn't send someone out to work on it. Finally, I had to call another HVAC business who came out and fixed it the same day.

Jesse came out the day our heater went out. No other companies would. He was professional and knowledgable. He replaced the motor and got our heater running great in just a few hours. I'm greatful because it was very cold out.

Exceptionally poor customer service, incredibly low quality of work, extraordinarily lazy and rude. These men were constantly cussing and swearing, very loudly and audibly and even while speaking to us. Very, very unpleasant.

I've used this company before at 2 residences and misplaced their phone number. I looked it up on Google and was curious about some of the bad reviews. I then saw responses from the manager which seemed reasonable and sincere so considering that and the service I've received in the past I gave them a call. I remembered that I was told by the previous technician that they have a service agreement where you can get a fall / spring change over for a specific price. I was interested in that because I had something similar with TLC Plumbing in the past. When I asked the person that answered the phone if he could email it to me for review of the terms to determine if it's a good deal I was told he couldn't send it out via email or any other method It seemed logical to me that a person would be able to see what they're buying before they buy it. Then I asked what the name of the manager is because I wanted to talk to him to provide feedback on past service and let him know I'd be looking into the service agreement for 2 properties and get more information from him. The person would not give me the manager's name. I'm pretty sure I can get his name somewhere but it makes me uneasy about all the secrecy. I'm disappointed that this company wasn't willing to accommodate my request; more disappointed because they gave me a quote for an evac system in the spring and now I have to find another plumbing company.

The furnace at my house stopped working. I called R&R and Tony was very friendly and helpful. A technician was at my house right at the time he said. He checked my furnace and found a small gas leak along with a bad motor. The tech Chris gave me an estimate to repair the leak that was very fair. The job was done and now my furnace works GREAT.Thank you very much R&R. You now have a customer for life.

Scheduled an appointment for 5/23/16 to have my swamp cooler serviced / turned on also wanted estimate on refrigerated air....to make a long story short...took time off off work R&R was a no show, no call. I called and they asked to reschedule for the following day..didnt work for me...I called another company - they met me in about 30 minutes - converted the swamp cooler over and provided an estimate for refrigerated air...which we will be changing to. I was very pleased.
Will no longer be using R&R for our home and our rental...have had too many issues over time.

Our pilot light went out on Thanksgiving day and we had no heat for 24 hrs right after the snow storm. I called R&R and they were out in less than 2 hours and fixed our heater fast and affordable. Thank you so much.

R & R Plumbing replaced a hot water heater in my basement for me last week, did a great job, which passed inspection by the city with no problems this morning. The plumbing team were prompt, courteous, and clearly knew their business.

The reason that I only give them four stars is that they came back the next day to check out some of the duct-work because there were holes in it, and they weren't sure whether or not a lot of duct-replacement work would be necessary. Happily, it was just that small section, which took literally ten minutes to replace -- and then they presented me with a bill for $148 for that little job: 2 men, 10 minutes. These were the same guys who'd told me that if the inspector demanded that they insulate the new duct work, it would take half an hour and cost $55.

So no discounted rate for a follow-up visit for me, apparently, presumably because I hadn't asked for that beforehand. I paid, but I called R & R to protest the size of that second bill. The man I spoke to was, I think, the owner, and he was rude and uncooperative: "Would you like it better if they'd taken an hour?" is NOT a customer-friendly response to "$148 for ten minutes' work seems very high" I was angry enough to come here and post about it, and I'm still angry. That's no way to run a service business!

In fairness, though, the plumbers themselves were prompt, responsive, and did good work. I would recommend nailing down the price for any follow-up work on the spot before having them come back to (as in this case) do a small bit of work to complete the job. And when you call to speak to them, ask for Corey, their usual phone person. She's as friendly and professional to work with as the tech guys.

I recently had an emergency with my heater / furnace where I had no heat in my home. My furnace stopped operating and needless to say, we were "freezing".

I decided to call R&R heating and air conditioning in Albuquerque to assess what the problem was. I had used them on a prior occasion and was very satisfied.
They arrived within a reasonable period of time. The technician they sent was a gentleman by the name of
    "CHRIS".
He was very sensitive to our need and started working on the furnace immediately.
    He diagnosed the problem quickly
and fixed it with immediate dispatch.

I want to personally compliment R&R for employing such professional technicians who know what they are doing.
When the job is done, they leave you with a feeling of confidence and professionalism.

I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future... I suggest you seriously consider R&R when you have heating or air conditioning problems... You can't get do any better. They are truly the best !

Last summer I hired R&R to come fix my mini split system that wasn't blowing cold air. They decided they needed to do a full leak check, and recharge the system which was $1,300. They did that repair and the unit began blowing cold air, however one of the mini split heads was making a bizarre whistling noise and one of the indoor heads froze. I called them back and they sent another technician who told me he didn't know what was going on. Soon after that happened, I turned them off for the summer because I was very frustrated with them. This year, I turned them back on and the system is magically out of refrigerant again. I was told they would not come back to repair because I was out of the 90 day warranty window, and that they have no record of a 2nd technician ever coming out. I understand that I should have just called them back repeatedly in the 90 day window until it was fixed, that was my mistake. But it doesn't feel good to have to rely on a warranty in the first place, or to end up arguing with a manager about what even happened in the first place. I don't recommend. I am in the same place I started in, but they are +$1,300.

I called the day my water heater went out. Jesse came to look at it and I needed a new one. They made special arrangements to install a new one that same day. I’m very grateful to Jesse and the other associate who helped him. They did an awesome job at the agreed upon price. I have used them for years and this kind of customer service is why.

Reckless driver from this company almost caused several car accidents driving down Tramway and Paseo Del Norte on Tuesday at 11:15 am. Swerving in and out of lanes like a madman and leaving inches between themself and the vehicle in front of them while stopped at red lights. Do better

In the past I've had positive experiences with this company, but that just changed. I called for an estimate on replacing my water heater. The technicians who showed up were polite and professional and we talked about different types, models, and sizes to have installed. I asked to be given quotes and would make my decision within a week.

They took four days to send me ONE quote, and that was after I called twice requesting an update. The ONE quote had ZERO information about sizes, brands, or different types of water heaters despite my explicit request for that information. I was told AFTER agreeing to the essentially blank quote, they would provide me purchase options on individual water heaters. In other words, after I agree to the initial cost, it might go up again. I would be given zero options upfront with explicit price information. Beyond unprofessional.

My intent was to compare R&R with other quotes I had received from other plumbing companies in Albuquerque who DID provide those options and did so in less time.

I should not have to chase you down or beg you for the opportunity to give your company $4,000+ for an installation I was planning within the next couple weeks. Beyond rude, wasting time, and unprofessional. This was the exact opposite of what I had experienced in the past with them and the exact opposite of what I had experienced with other companies in Albuquerque. I'm honestly disgusted.
