Great job with our tankless water heater replacement. They were right on time, did a great job, and cleaned up afterward.

First of all, it is very easy to make an appointment, even for the next day. The dispatcher Shirley was pleasant and worked around my mostly-full schedule. Prices were very clear. Our technician Sam arrived on time after notifying us he was on his way. He was friendly, helpful, very thorough, and professional. He advised us of potential issues that may (or may not) come up with our 9-year-old system. He went above and beyond, going up on the roof to look at old swamp coolers that we may want removed. We will definitely use the company again and we will definitely ask for Sam.

One of my toilets was making a whistling noise after flushing. From a google search that may mean the fill mechanism is going bad. Sebastian confirmed that was the problem and replaced the mechanism. He was quick and efficient and the toilet no longer whistles!

Saul was timely, considerate, and professional. Took care of the issue as quickly as he could. Will be calling again for future services!

I've used First Rate a few years now for good reason. I trust their work, the techs are friendly, and they show up on time. Lastly, their rates are reasonable.

Had a minor emergency and they were the only one that could respond that same day. Technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!

The service was good and I received many information regarding my furnace which was helpful. The offered service to install a new wireless thermostat and surge protector seemed a bit expensive. Still waiting for a quote on this to see some details about it

Kevin was the technician who fixed my a/c quickly and professionally. I appreciate that the company sent a profile picture and a bit about Kevin prior to his arrival in a text. This is a step above the rest of the industry and I really do think this should be an industry standard.
