I can't say enough about my recent experience with Courtesy. My AC went out on a103 degree day and it's only 6 yrs old. Courtesy didn't install my system but they got me on their schedule the same day I called. (my installer wouldn't even call me back) I've been happy with Courtesy's plumbing services so I gave them a call. In just one hour Neil did the trouble shooting, drove to the supply company, picked up the part, installed it and got me up and running! Lesson learned: don't be fooled by lower service call rates with a repair price by the job! Courtesy charges a fair hourly rate, doesn't waste time and money and gets the job done with expert professionalism. Big thank you to Neil, Curtis and the office staff for everything. Courtesy with now be my 1st call for anything they service!

The driver of this van yesterday was tailgating my bumper and weaving in and out of cars on SW Coors and Central. When I would move up, he would move up closer to my bumper every time. He was a heavy set Hispanic guy and I happened to get a pic of his van. I'll take down my review as soon as the company disciplines this employee for his actions. I don't blame the company because they probably don't know what their employee is doing.

Matt was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was absolutely top-notch.

Again, first rate service from Patrick. Installed a gas line for a tankless water heater and the water heater. Very neat, efficient, looks great, explained the procedure and nicest guy. Very responsive to texts and questions.

Michael did a fantastic job of analyzing, diagnosing, and fixing our shower leak. He walked us through the process and included us in every step of the process. Rates were reasonable and the work was top notch.

I had a confirmed appointment today between 12 and 2pm. 1:00pm arrived and I didn't not hear from anyone so I called the main line. I was told they would send a message out to dispatch to call me with an ETA. By 2pm I had not heard anything. I called again two more times between 2pm and 2:52. I was told the same thing. It's now 5:21pm, they are closed, no one has come by or called to explain what happened. I give them 2 stars as I've used them a couple times since 2023 in the past with average to good service each time. However the current issues I'm having with my AC started the last time they came out and did a repair.

First Rate stopped by to do some Maintnance on my split units. John Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did such a great job.

Absolutely perfect! Reasonable, punctual, great work ethic. Daniel and Jake were a joy to work with. Super polite and very clean. Other than my house being so much cooler, it's like they were never here. I will be calling them for all plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

Very quick response to our call led to an appointment the following day. Very knowledge and courteous representative, Ron, met with us to prepare an estimate for a multi split heat pump meeting our needs. A full team arrived two days after our followup meeting with Ron and spent 13 hours installing the system, including revising our electrical panel. Very responsive and ready to answer all questions.

I can't say enough good things about First Rate. After 2 attempts and failures to get TLC to come check our upstairs heat pump/AC due to them just not putting us on their schedule somehow. First Rate had someone out to diagnose the problem the next day and send confirmation texts and calls to keep us posted on timing. Unfortunately for us we needed a new unit, but fortunately First Rate got one for us and installed it just a couple days later. No snags, no issues, and completely communicative and considerate throughout the process. We will definitely only be calling them going forward and can't recommend them enough.

Couldn’t solve our clogged kitchen drain. Tech suggested using Roto-rooter. So we did. Then we went with TLC.

First Rate did a great job with diagnosing my sewer issue. Saul came out and I sat with him while he scoped our sewer line and he clearly explained everything mhe was doing and the work he recommending doing.

Enrique & Valentino did an amazing job installing a brand new HVAC unit in my house. They walked me through the steps of what they plan on doing and answered any and all questions that I had for them. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable in their craft and they also pointed out special tips & tricks in maintenance on how to keep the new HVAC system nice and healthy. I recommend First Rate as a company 100%. And Enrique and Valentino deserve a raise. They do good work.
