We’ve used Airworx twice this past year. Once for a new furnace and a second time to convert to AC. They have also done my mom’s furnace replacement. These three experiences have all been 100% positive. They are punctual, polite, and very fairly priced. Local owner who lives and works in community also. I would highly recommend.

Put in a service request yesterday. Got an email back saying to request same day. I replied yes and how do I go about requesting same day.. no response. No answer on calls... unfortunate

Got help over the phone from a real one helped me realize it was a winter duck hidden underneath the evap and I was able to save myself 55 bucks and scheduling headaches! Thank you brother over the telephone

Jay is very knowledgeable and was able to explain how things work and what was needed to be done. Only did what was necessary and gave helpful advice as to future upgrades without being pushy.

Jay came out to fix my swamp cooler. It was worse for ware than I anticipated, but Jay was a champ and spent all day to get it up and running. I appreciated the time he spent explaining all the necessary fixes and costs.

I got a refrigerated system with them, i was there while the installation was taken place, really good operation, organized and educated technicians impressed with the smallest details they do, this is my review to them. Professionals and smart technicians. 5 🌟 Stars review to them.

Called them on a Sunday to check out a forced hot air system and the technician replaced a AC to 24V DC transformer and a safety switch. Diagnosis was a bad gas valve priced at $600 which you can get on Amazon for around $85. Constantly trying to upsell service, replace furnace etc.
Problem turned out to be a bad 24V connection to the gas valve and once contact was cleaned the furnace works fine. Do not use this company as they are not competent or ethical.

Over-priced, technically incompetent and resulted in my having to hire another plumber. First, the technician (Julian) tried to up-charge me. Quoted $3,700 to replace a water heater. Got him down to $2,700 which was still over-priced. Estimate did not include attached plumbing which was disintegrating. Julian took 7-hours (with a helper) to install the new water heater. It was connected to the old plumbing which resulted in multiple leaks at elbows. Finished work had multiple code violations including missing straps and unterminated piping. Hired another contractor to fix leaks which meant emptying the new water heater and disconnecting piping, essentially re-installing the water heater. Strange invoices include private comments from the owner to Julian which mentions "prizes" for up-selling. Filed a complaint with CID. I wouldn't be surprised if Polar Heat is not licensed.

I used them for an boiler startup and everything was fine. Then a month later I called back because my boiler went out. I was told a technician would call me back. I didn't hear back from them so the next day I called again and didn't get an answer, then called back a dozen times and never returned my calls or messages and even Facebook messages. I've been without heat for 2 weeks now. Eventually I left a bad review on Facebook and THAT was what they finally responded to, and their response blamed me for not having a service contract with them. Don't bother because they will not treat you like a priority.
