No stars. Wow, these guys are exceptional... Thieves. They certainly know how to LOOK they are working on it but, they are not. lol They will call you 12 hours later to tell you the price has DOUBLED!!! Possibly from the damage they did. Bad Business all around.I am a business owner myself. I never leave reviews unless the public needs to be warned. I see the owner replied "She is a liar" lol What would be the point of that? This is an honest review based on my recent experience. besides only guilty people lash out like that. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS. They are in the wrong and trying to make this the customers fault??? I think not.

Requested a quote late and got a call within 20 minutes. The tech fixed my thermostat settings and didn’t charge me. Will definitely call them for future repairs!

We ran into unexpected challenges, but Robert and his crew made repeated visits and purchased and ordered parts until they got it fixed. Their courtesy and dedication are SO appreciated and my sister is a happy camper since she can use her therapy tub again.

These guys are great. We had them replace a toilet for us and they scheduled the next day. Did high quality work quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

couple of days ago that polar vortex was getting here. over at my friend’s place took some precautions but not enough. a standalone outdoor water line had cracked during the freeze. nightmare. called around and saw “robert wilson plumbing” recommended as being very good. called and spoke to robert directly. took my description of the situation, reassured me that he could have someone over within the hour. within the hour! who does that?
robert called back and said someone was on his way. few minutes later, that worker called to advise he was five minutes away. within twenty minutes, the problem pipe was repaired and the water was back on. it’s beyond freezing outside today, last thing i expected was a broken pipe. next to the last thing i expected was someone to handle my emergency as a real emergency. but that’s the way robert wilson handled this.
now on, that’s the only outfit ill ever call. oh, it’ll happen, and yes i will call robert wilson for any hvac or plumbing issues. you got that right!

I needed a new hot water heater. I thought it was going to break the bank. I was surprised when the cost was do-able. They even offer financing. They were able to to get the new one installed in about 3 hours with no problems. I will recommend them to everyone now.

If could give this company 0 stars; I would. They were the only company that would come out from our home warranty company. Once they came out they looked at our leaky shower, fixed it we tested and bam 2 weeks later it's leaking again. Call them to come back out to fix it and here's the kicker, Mr Wilson goes call your home warranty company and file another claim!!! Exist me sir, it's $85 dollars everytime I file a claim and never to have someone come out. Why not just warranty your work. Anyways I found the part for $29 and a good friend of mine is coming out and is going to show me some basic plumbing and how to fix these things.

Hot water tank failed. Called Robert, he came out within an hour, assessed the damage, quoted me a couple of prices, depending on which tank I chose. Got the repair scheduled for the next day. Dropped off the new parts the next morning and kept me updated when the technician would be out to replace everything. A couple of other minor issues were detected during the removal of the old tank and installation of the new one. They had to grab a couple of additional parts, and took care of the minor repairs. My bill remained what I was quoted on the initial call out.
Timely, helpful, thorough, and professional. Could not recommend them more.

We’ve had some issues with an old pump sewage system at our church. They dispatched Ken to work on it. He’s been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and giving. Clearly communicates and works hard.

Thanks to this freezing weather, I had an outdoor pipe burst. Robert Miller answered his phone, promised to come within the hour, beat that timetable, fixed my issue right away, turned the water back on, all in less than 90 minutes! What a wonderful surprise to receive such outstanding service! Thank you so much!

Ray Lopez from Robert Wilson Plumbing came to my house at 10 PM and cleared a clog from my main sewer pipe that another company failed to unclog even though there were two of them it was the middle of the afternoon and they had a machine about 10 times the size. Ray was a complete professional and very friendly as were the people I talked to on the phone, I will definitely be using them from now on.

Back in October Robert Wilson heating came out and put in a new furnace for my mother in law, they did a great job kept it clean. Recent, it decided to act up. They came out and we worked on getting back up and going. Super nice guys, did everything to make sure that the furnace was back in working order. I would highly recommend them for havac needs.

Had them come out for 2 different jobs. First job was for our instant-hot water heater, and they came out to replace a faulty unit that a different company (TLC) had previously installed. I had contacted TLC before because the unit should have been under warranty but then TLC tried to charge me another $8-900 to replace. We had some other issues and they came back out and fixed it right up. Haven't had any issues since!
Second job was for a back-up in our pipes. They came out assessed that the clog, snaked it out and went the extra mile to snake additional lengths of pipe to make 100% sure that our pipe system would not encounter the same issues. These guys are my go-to recommendation because of how fast they are to respond and how professional they operate.
