The technician that came to my house was Jay Lopez, he was the most professional and informative technician I've ever had at my house. He was straight forward with what he was going to do and explained why he was doing it. He taught me a lot about the furnace I have in my house, my wife was very comfortable with him in our home while I was at work on his first visit. I will be using them from now on. Thank you Jay

Jay Lopez is absolutely wonderful. The rest of the staff too. They were on it in scheduling my emergency. Jay was the plumber/ technician who came to my home almost immediately. I called Friday afternoon and by Saturday he was here. He fixed our problem almost immediately as well.
We learned so much too.
I could not be more happier and
White Polar are my go to people from now on for our HVAC Needs.

Recommended for Air conditioning in Albuquerque, price is affordable

Had my furnace replaced about 6 months ago. It has been running fine. The service of getting it installed ran smoothly and I recd a lot of education on the matter. Price was reasonable also.

I 've had White Polar service my air conditioner for the last three years. They have done a great job at it! I'm not able to get on my roof anymore so I needed someone's help with it. They have been great at getting it in service in the spring. If I have any problems with it during the summer they are quick to come and figure out what is wrong and find a way to get it back running. When I have needed to make repairs they figure out the best way to fix it while keeping an eye out for how expensive the repair will be. I know they will do a great job and look forward to calling them when the weather starts getting warm out.

I highly recommend this company. They really do a great job and show up when they say they will, and call if there is any delay due to the job before yours taking longer than expected. For the third tear in a row my Air is working great!

I had a great experience with White Polar! My AC wasn’t cooling, and they came out the same day. Super friendly, explained everything and the price was fair. I love their quality work and customer service. I’ll definitely call them again! Thanks, White Polar!!

Their maintenance agreements are ~twice as expensive as others in the area. I went with them anyhow as they gave a decent quote on installing a furnace / installing a thermostat. That said, they up-sold a good amount on parts for those and the swamp coolers they were maintaining, as they had their own supply that was supposed to be high quality, and yet the system has gone down 4 times in the past year... tried to get ahold of them to fix, as I paid for their special annual agreement, and it took 3 weeks to get a response, after calling daily with no responses, they blocked my phone number, and when I finally got an email back, they said their 24/7 dispatch guarantee in their agreement is only for weekends and holidays, and even then they were booked out until end of August... so if you pay their $800+ for annual service, they may still block your number, and have a 6+ week turnaround time.

Jay is not to be trusted. I was quoted $435 for a motor replacement in my swamp cooler, which is available at Lowe's for $114 for the same model. The pump he replaced went out the following month as it was not compatible with the motor. I was quoted $135 for the pump replacement, which again was available at Lowe's for $46.28. He charged $95 per hour with no invoice provided prior to requiring payment. It took over a month for the service invoice to be emailed to me. When I called to request the invoice he proceeded to talk over me and blame the communication on Angie's List. He also took advantage of my situation and I believed him when he said he would apply a discount for his service, before I was able to research the actual prices of the parts. He became nervous when I started taking photos of the parts and writing down the exact quotes he stated.

When I called back for follow up on the "warranty" when the pump went out a month later, he hung up on me.

I paid over $612.40 for a new pump, motor, and electrical work. However, the level of unprofessional communication and lack of basic transparency in pricing and service should lead all to seek alternative services.

We use A&G at work and they suck hardcore. Hey guys, if you're slammed in the summer time maybe you should hire people from a temp agency to deal with increased demand? That's what they're for. Also it wouldn't hurt to stock common replacement parts instead of shipping them and making the customer suffer as a result. Look elsewhere for your heating and cooling services.

My water heater broke and this company was the only one that could come as earliest possible as they can and they did a really neat job with no mess by installing new heater and explaining everything that I need to know . I recommend this because and give them 5 🌟!

I've been using them for many many years and will continue to do so. They've put in 2 units for my grandparents, 1 for my mother, 1 for a friend, and 1 for my house. I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are quick, efficient, friendly and affordable.

I have been using A&G for about 4 year's now, I've never had problems. Last year my air condition cover flew off, the tech who covered the air conditioner did not put it on correctly. The new tech who came out took it back to have it repaired . I called about the cover, I was told to go get it. 1st thing to go wrong. 2nd I called for appointment it was set up for today. 12/17/14
between 11am and 1pm I called several times "where are you" I was told 3 times in a 2 hour span 10 min. away ... I called at 1pm no answer and a NO SHOW. I waited until 1:15pm. office was not picking up phones. They still have my air conditioning cover and refuse tp give it back.

First time customer with AG Mechanical services. Impressed with Adolfo and his professionalism. Hopefully we can build a good relationship with the business to where we continue to have them service our needs on a yearly basis…..
