Customer is a joke! I would not recommend these guys for chaning a wax ring!

I called and made a appointment monday morning. said they have a opening 3 to 5pm. ok booked it. after 5pm I called and just went to voice mail twice. they NO CALLED NO SHOWED.

I called a plumber from another company and left a message, after a few hours of not hearing back I called Allied Plumbing and they promptly sent someone out, unfortunately the first company I called had shown up shortly before Allied so when I called Allied to apologize they were very very professional about it, in the future I know who I will be calling first for any Plumbing problem

Left my tub a mess and didn't fix the problem. The guy must of had a bad day or something because he wasn't very pleasant. Very unprofessional.

What a mess! I got a sewerscope & may have been given the thumbdrive of it. As I couldn't find it, I called & requested they send a link to the video. If they said they didn't make videos--just the thumb-drive--that would have been fine: we would have moved on & figured out what to do. Instead, the woman who answered the phone told us that she was going to email the video link. The next day we called again & the same person said that she sent it to a guy named Tom. There is no Tom associated with this transaction. We called again & she again mentioned that she already sent it to Tom, but she'd send it again; it never arrived. I had another person call a few days later & the woman said she will 'send it now.' I called later that day & she said that it was my fault because I received the thumbdrive & must have lost it. She said that she will now ask the person from Allied who did the scoping if he has a copy to forward to me. I asked if there was someone who could help me besides her, as she has been giving us false information about having sent the video link going on 6 days. Then she hung up on me.

I may have been given the thumbdrive & misplaced it; or I may not have gotten it at all. I wish she had said, "I don't know if there is a video--I will check & get back to you." Instead, she provided false information & promises of sending a video link, then never followed up with any of it; then she made up a person she supposedly (already) sent it to. I will not be working with Allied Plumbing & Heating again. James, the person who did the scoping, was good to work with. It's very unfortunate that the woman who answers the phone was so quick to provide false information, instead of trying to help.

James with Allied is great. He checked out the sewer line when we moved in, and he cleared out the line when we had a main blockage. Super knowledgeable, nice, efficient.

For plumbing needs, don't call anyone else. We've been using Allied for years. This is the most reliable plumbing company in Albuquerque, bar none.

James with Allied plumbing is a lifesaver. These guys are professional and reliable. I almost hate to spread the word because then they will be booked weeks out when I need them! :)

The guys at Allied only know one thing. How to get it done!! There professional staff and attention to detail is second to none and they come highly recommended. Plumbing is not all they do either. Remodels, HVAC, Tree Trimming, Add On's, and Electric, these guys can do it all...

Allied and their crew were here a few months ago. James and his very professional men worked for almost 8 hours to stop a really serious leak in a main line outside my home. They were so professional and very concerned with making everything right.. Against all odds we have another bad situation in our driveway. They are back and they are the best plumbing service I have ever used. I don't know why this didn't get posted then but if possible they are doingAN EVEN BETTER JOB NOW. Anyone who calls any other company is getting second class service comared to Allied. I give them 5 stas and would give them more if I could.

One of the drivers cut me off when I was driving so I honked because he almost caused an accident, said driver then pulled up to the passenger side and started trying to instigate something, then when was matched with the same energy back tried to start a physical fight in the street. Proceeded to follow my car behind for a good servile until we turned into a business place. But if this is how your employees act I will never ever be using this service for anything. No answer when I tried to call to report the worker as it was happening but I do have the license plate number

We had a last minute cancellation from another plumber which left us holding the bag. I called Allied Plumbing and spoke with Derron. He sent someone immediately. Tanner couldn't have been more pleasant and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. We are extremely grateful. Thank you.

James & Chris have been out to our house twice to repair broken water lines. Both jobs were challenging and demanding requiring many hours of leak detection and digging . They were relentless in getting the job completed and making certain we had water by the end of the day working into the late hours to do so. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and responsiveness. Highly recommended.
