I have now used Allied Plumbing twice, once to repair a toilet Falange at a rental we own and another to help us track down a leak in our house. Darren and his team, Jason, Jimmie are excellent, polite, We had a water leak crisis and they were able to get out to us right away unlike other companies that told us it would take 2 weeks from now. Jimmie went above and beyond not only to fix the problem , but to install a device that would prevent a problem in the future. Allied plumbers are our guys from now on!

The crew from Allied were super professional and nice to deal with. They replace my entire sewer line a month ago - so far, so good! They truly went above and beyond in my opinion when they gently removed 2 desert willows, and put them in buckets with more dirt so i could replant them away from my sewer line. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated.

Allied Plumbing has been helping us with a major remodel since we bought an older home in ABQ last spring. They've helped remove old plumbing, add new plumbing, install new HVAC and the latest was a shower install. Derron is always responsive and flexible in meeting our schedule and the team has never missed a scheduled appointment or charged above a quoted amount. James and George have been to the house several times and have always done an excellent job and are great to work with - definitely a 5 Star experience. Thanks guys!

Worked with Chris from Allied to have them repair a laundry list of plumbing items needing work after we purchased a home.
They responded with a date, came out when they were supposed to and fixed all the items in less than two days. Chris was fast, friendly and communicated well. In addition, we used their electrician, Ken, to repair some electrical circuits that needed attention.
I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

This review is about 14 years late! Allied Plumbing is AMAZING! Owner, Derron and our awesome technician James have serviced our home since 2005. They have fixed weird plumbing issues, executed standard AC tune-ups, fixed leaks, changed toilets and faucets and just about everything in between. At this point they are more like friends. Their work is impeccable, the pricing is reasonable, they are always on-time and are fun to deal with on top of that. We trust them implicitly and whole heartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I had a very weird problem with my swamp cooler that they couldn't figure out, but they did an excellent job getting it ready for the summer. They also gave me a referral to an excellent electrician. I could tell that Darron and Chris felt bad they could not figure it out. Will definitely use again! Thanks so much!

Update: I had a clogged drain this weekend. Chris came out on Monday and did a top notch job at a very reasonable price. I am impressed that the guys from Allied always clean up after themselves as well. And that they want to be friends with my dog! :)

Hired these folks to do a bit of work on a home I am remodeling. They did a stellar job with the laundry list of items I needed done and were very knowledgeable. They are also flexible with their time and yours. Price was fair and work was quality. Definitely hiring them for any future needs and highly recommend!

This company has been amazing to work with! They helped replace my parents’ ancient water heater and swamp cooler and their work was impeccable! Darren was very responsive to come to our house to see what needed to be done to repair a big water leak. Thereafter, Logan and John came to our house to repair the leak. They were great, repaired the leak in a timely manner, and the price was fair. In another instance, our daughter's house heater had problems, we called Allied and James came out to fix the problem. He like the others was friendly, professional and quickly remedied the situation. Again, the price was fair. We will most assuredly call Allied back for any plumbing or HVAC work that we may need in the future. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and HVAC work.

Derron, who runs Allied Plumbing is down to earth and has very good communication skills. Your project will not get lost in the shuffle as happens with some other larger plumbing/hvac services in Albuquerque. The work was started promptly and done in one day. Billing was convenient.
I could go on about how disappointing the service was from other companies, but this post is about Allied.
I highly recommend Derron and Allied plumbing. Every contact with Allied was positive. Every employee I met was present, and instilled confidence the job could be tackled promptly. I feel I have a relationship with Allied now that is not possible with oversize companies like TLC, who quoted 200% over what Allied charged.
If you want to feel your job is important to the service company, your business is valued, you don’t want to suffer communication failures and you don’t want to get ripped off go with ALLIED PLUMBING!!

Had a new home built by D.R. Horton and this was the plumbing company that did the plumbing and HVAC. Top notch craftsmanship as all ducts were sealed properly as well as a design that provides even and quiet airflow. All piping for the plumbing was installed spot on. I owned a plumbing and HVAC business in Rio Rancho for almost 30 years and know what good quality looks like. Thank you for the great work.

You probably can't ask for one particular service technician, but if you could you would want Ivan.

I had a condensing unit (the outside portion of my air conditioner) that was abnormally noisy. The manufacturer provided NO help or even guidance. Ivan heard the noise and tried many things. On the 4th visit (I think - I lost track of how many) he solved the problem by isolating the fan shroud from the top of the cabinet with self-sticking foam tape. I will not fault him for the number of visits, as he had to follow normal troubleshooting procedures. I DO want to applaud his persistence. If the rest of the techs are even nearly as good as Ivan, I highly recommend Gardner Plumbing & Heating.

The plumber our contractor, ServiceMasters, contacted to come to our home was completely unprofessional and downright rude. Took the easy way out on a job, it failed, then had the audacity to blame us for his failed work. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of the treatment I received from their employee. I was unable to finish a sentence without being interrupted and told I was wrong, told that the issue was my own doing, and flat out lied to even after having proof of the subpar work done by this “professional”. I called my husband who came home from work to deal with the plumber, and he was told it was our own fault, but was able to finish his sentences and was not treated like he was an idiot. Absolutely unbelievable and downright unacceptable.
