Awesome bussiness. Offered tips and suggestions for getting my furnace running again. I have not had a need to use them in a few years. Glad to see they still offer the same friendly service and advice as the last time. Highly recommend!

First time user with Academy Plumbing Heating & AC. After having several estimates done by several companies, I decided to go with Academy because of the price, very reasonable with their competitors being higher. Installers were very professional, arrived earlier, and work was completed on time. They explained how the unit works and what to do on humid days. Took away old unit, and ensured area was cleaned up.

My wife and I have been customers of Academy for several years, and we have had them in our home for jobs ranging from starting up our swamp cooler to the installation of lighting fixtures. Every time we have interacted with members of the company, we have been treated in a very polite and professional manor, and I especially appreciate that they have consistency shown up on time for scheduled appointments. This year, our swamp cooler was especially troublesome, and it seemed like any way that the system could fail it did. Academy worked with us every step of the way to make sure that we got the cooler operational, up to and including having a technician come to our house for an hour on a weekend day on a warranty repair job. I am very appreciate of the high level of responsiveness and service Academy provided during this time. We will absolutely be using Academy for our future electrical and plumbing needs, and look forward to having them work with us as we continue to update our home.

I called Academy asking for a part for my furnace. I was directed to a service rep who asked a few questions and made a couple of suggestions, before selling me a part that can't be returned. I found and fixed the problem quickly. So grateful to save a few bucks! Thanks for the courteous, free help!! I'll remember that when I can't fix it myself.

I requested an estimate be completed at my parents residence for refrigerated air. The employee who came out, was rude, judgmental and treated us as if we couldn’t afford the job. He never sent me the estimate. And the estimate was completed about a month ago. Well I ended up going with TLC. This company lost business. Poor service. Would not recommend

First time for us to use Academy , and we highly recommend them . They were pleasant to deal with ,and had our furnace running in no time. Phillip our tech. was very professional and knowledgeable. Their price was very reasonable and fair. We will use them again.

The professional who worked on our A/C was knowledgeable and helpful. He worked to order a part still under warranty to keep our out of pocket price down. In another home, the guy in charge of installing evaporative cooler was honest, fair, and followed up to make sure everything worked well. Also, assisted with rebate. Great company!

I have used this plumbing company for almost 7 years. They are one of the most honest and reasonably priced plumbing shop in the entire city of Albuquerque and I won’t say that lightly about any business in Albuquerque! Everyone at this business is so pleasant to work with from Rhonda or Shelly, who answer the phone to Dereck, who comes to do the work.

These people were amazing. They replaced my 84 year old fathers refrigerated air system. They were kind, patient and very attentive. So many services and construction companies are so unreliable these days. It was refreshing to see a company that was right on with everything. Thank you for your professionalism and over the top customer service.

Terrible experience calling on them for plumbing. If you have a plumbing issue just save your money. They charge $98 an hour and bring out two people but will take so long for a simple job that you will end up paying just as much as anywhere else. Maybe they're better at Hvac.

They serviced my heating system last winter and I was so impressed by their professionalism. Next I had a plumbing problem. They came to my aide and again I was impressed. I had no reservations calling them to install new ceiling fans. Another great job at a very reasonable price. Two thumbs up to this company.

This business really knows how to make customers happy! Just had my AC motor replaced in less than 24 hours. The guy that helped me from the phone call, ordering the exact part I needed, and also came to fix the unit was Derek. Such a great person, you can tell he really wanted to help, and took his job to the next level! I will be a lifetime customer from hear on out! I will say you're in amazing hands with this company.

Repair of furnace, burner not coming on only the fan. Santiago and Mateo were knowledgeable and professional. They fixed the issue, stayed to make sure the system came to temperature. They checked all the vents and finally set my desired default house temp. They were also great with my dogs!

Very very nice people. The show case is full of modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. Big warehouse of products.

The website doesn’t say it, but the show room is permanently closed.

Shop elsewhere where you get a local, customer service experience
