I've used this business previously with no problem. This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different. I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly. Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit. I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know. She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one. She asked if I wanted her to get one. I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300. Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455. I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product. He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up. I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it. He brought the price down to $375. THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation! We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general. Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed. I have handled myself cordially and patiently. It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed. I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem. I wish it had not come to this. Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

Had a bad water leak call plumbers Express Stephan came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable of how to fix the problem when they came back they was on time and very nice. I will recommend plumbers Express to anybody that needs a good plumber !

Professional, knowledgeable, dependable, thorough and responsive! A great plumber is like a great mechanic. You find one, you hold onto them and use no one else! Any additional plumbing issues on this 60 yr old house will be handled by Stephan.

I hired Plumbing Express to repair my swamp cooler. The owner (Stephon) was here within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Stephon was able to fix my AC after Daniel's heating and plumbing company came out and misdiagnosed, blew my hvac board and transformer, tried charging me 3 times the quote, continually told me I need to just buy a brand new unit and then gave me faulty broken parts to try and make things better for their mistakes! Plumbing Express was the 4th company to come by to fix my AC but they were the first to actually not screw me over and fix it!!!

Stephan is thorough, and informative. He is on time and very well educated.

Stefan was great! The day prior I had another company come out and tell me my only option was to pay 18-20k for a new ac system. Stefan came the next day and got my ac up and running!

Called Plumbing Express because we had a blocked pipe somewhere in my house. Steve sent out a competent plumber (Dion) who unfortunately had to work in a tight space in a hot garage to snake the line out. When I called, Steve spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem to ensure that the proper equipment would be with the plumber when the plumber arrived. In addition to snaking the drain Dion installed a clean out in the pipe that needed work for future issues. I also found Dion to be a good communicator about what was happening and answered a few questions I had about the plumbing in other areas of my house. I called Steve at about noon and the issue was resolved about three hours later. I knew up front before committing to working with Plumbing Express the hourly rate charged. I appreciate knowing that detail so I knew what to expect at the end of the work.

Lastly, this is a NM licensed (#380321), insured, and bonded organization. So when you do business with them you can be assured that you are in fact working with a professional in their field.

I have used Plumbing Express more times than I can count. They are always very professional and get the job done at a lower cost than the competition. Stephan runs a quality company that does quality work. Highly recommended.

Stephan (and his assistant Charlie) were easily accessible, prompt in responding to my plumbing leak, and on time for the service. He had the work done in under an hour and used the most cost effective fix. Plus they helped me find someone to repair the damage caused by the leak. And they were super friendly.

Stephen, the owner of Plumbing Express, was outstanding! Prompt, friendly, courteous, and did exceptional work. Was able to come in about an hour and went the extra mIle for us. His slogan says it all, "You've Tried The Rest, Now Trust the Best". We will be passing the name of this company on to all our friends. Thank you for the opportunity to share. After going through many companies in attempting to fix a major issue in my home. I reached out to this company, and left with 0 regrets. They provided me excellent service and resolved my issues. I recommend them as they are great people and understand a persons needs!

Plumbing Express has helped me out when the bigger companies had too much work on their hands. I needed a new furnace this winter and every place I checked was too much for me to afford or couldn’t come out for at least a week. The owner, Stephan, came out the next day and took care of me; in my budget and in great time. This was a cold winter and plumbing express felt like a miracle. I’d rather support small local business and I will continue to use and recommend Plumbing Express.

Update 2/2/21! Stephan of Plumbing Express NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK he was paid in full for. There was no reason why the work was not able to be completed but what we know from experience is that Stephan’s business practices and level of professionalism do not stand up to his initial assurances and are questionable, at best. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about hiring this company. Also, be sure to check out the complaints against his business on the BBB website!
Stephan was hired to replace a septic system for our home, he was paid in full and we were assured work would be complete within one week of digging up the old system. That was the first of July and it's now October 1 and the ground is still wide open and nothing is connected. To say this is unsanitary and unsafe would be a massive understatement. Every week we're told a crew is coming to finish and workers show up for a few hours and then leave and we don't see them again until we call to see what's going on. This is 100% unacceptable. They are unreliable and unprofessional at best and not worth the hassle of dealing with them. There are MUCH better and more reliable plumbing service providers out there. I 100% advise NOT HIRING this company unless you like dealing with poor communication and bad excuses for not completing work.

Stephan was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about identifying and repairing the elusive leak in my home. He was very professional and respectful of leaving things as clean as he found them including not dragging any mud into my home. He performed his duties above my expectations. I would highly recommend this business to others!

Dominic was quick to fix my ongoing problem with my AC I have had multiple people come in to “fix”my problem with my AC, they got it done in less than a hour I highly recommend them to get your AC fix. Thanks again!

Bad company. Bad service. Bad communication. Stephan (owner I think), got paid for a job and disappeared half way through. Literally disappeared. I spent a month and a half trying to call and text him but no response. His crew even stole my faucet I provided which had to get retrieved the following week. Very Weird experience. Debating on even going to court for it. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job and that went well after. Extremely strange company. I found out after, he had his license suspended for prior violations on a different job and just got his license back. Hopefully he can hold onto it this time.

Why start something you didn’t intend on finishing?
Why not communicate why you may stop work?
Why would the crew leave with items they didn’t come with (my faucet)?
Why did he accept the job in the first place knowing the scope of things?

Really weird.

Our tankless hot water heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning and Plumbing Express had it replaced by Monday afternoon for half the price quoted by TLC. Lanni was fantastic at arranging for the estimate and install date keeping in touch via text throughout the process. Christopher took care of the replacement in just a few hours and was super friendly. Two cold showers was worth saving $3,000 and being treated with respect. Thanks Lanni and Christopher!

Mike and Brandon came within an hour of my initial call. They were very kind, professional and trustworthy. Explained what was going on, fixed our plumbing issue and reinforced their availability if anything comes up again. I was very impressed with their quick response and efficient turnaround to get the job done! Mike and Brandon were amazing! Thank you so much!

Stephan is the BEST! Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will only be using Plumbing Express from now on. Highly recommend.
