They have beautiful things but are on the expensive side. Once given the go-ahead from my plumber (because I am not a licensed plumber, they only sell to licensed plumbers in the parts department), they treated me well and got me exactly what I needed.

They couldn't find my order for somebody else it's not even for me I hope they gave me the right hot water heater. They had to rewrite my order. Other than that they were very friendly and professional thank you.

Lisa Maxwell is the best!!! It wasn't I who gave her a beautiful floral valentine basket but I can sure see how she deserves the kindness!!

The guys were great with our gas problems, patient and hard-working. I will be happy to use their services again when needed.

We recently started using Plumbing Express and they have been courteous, on time and affordable. Will definitely keep using and recommending them!!

This company is full of excuses,they waste your time,the work is not guaranteed,the will only come back if you pay them agen.
They sub out there work....It took 4 appts for them to have the right tools to do the job ,that I gave deaitled information about BEFORE hand.
Even after talking to the owner
it was more excuses.......
$266..later I still have a cloged toilet.....Now I have to pay some one else to do right....

Stefan saved the day when my swamp cooler died on the hottest Dat of the year. He was professional and courteous. I will certainly use them in the future.

$1,200 water bill after they cut through a sprinkler line. After repairing a main line, and hitting a gas line (which they billed for) they cut through a sprinkler line. Now they do not answer the phone. Check the Better Business Bureau website.

Charles was sent to help out with our new toilet and was very professional and friendly. We had an emergency and Charles showed up within an hour, found the problem right away and fixed it in 10 minutes!!

Our technician was very professional, and even explained how to read one of the sensors on our furnace so we can check basic problems on our own. He also fixed our apartment complex's boiler.

Stephan came out the same afternoon we called to examine some shoddy work that was done by Rick's plumbing. He was able to determine that the PRV that had been installed was backwards (Rick's plumbing had been out three times, and had replaced the valve twice without figuring this out...). Stephan went to work right away, got the PRV turned around, and tightened some other joints that were leaking and loose from the work Rick's plumbing did. He was fast, professional, and fair. I would recommend them and will be calling them with future plumbing concerns.

Brandon was so personal, helped and kept me in the know the whole time he was working. I was even allowed to watch him as he used the camera to check out the pipes. Loved the quick, effective, hard work they did.

Stefan provides above and beyond service and really cares about delivering quality care and expertise that lasts. He is so thoughtful and thorough, and super generous! Cannot recommend highly enough!

If you're looking for a plumber that is reliable, great priced and gets the job done the first time I highly recommend Plumbing Express! My sewer backed up and Stephan came out and had it fixed and ready within a few moments!! I could not recommend a company more!
