Stephan is amazing!! He helped me out on short notice and did not charge me anything! He is an angel! I will for sure hire him again for any plumming needs I have in the future!

We called Plumbing Express to help troubleshoot our rooftop unit that we thought was near the end of its life. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue (years of dog hair had traveled through the return air duct and clogged the coils!), cleaned and serviced the unit, and had it back up and cooling by night's end. We will use them again because they were TRUSTWORTHY, RESPONSIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. To that end, the technician went a step further to explain how to clean the unit, so we don't run into the same issue. I would recommend them to anyone!

He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process of clearing out the pipes thoroughly. I appreciated his transparency about the costs and what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, and I was amazed at how quickly he resolved the blockage.

Not only did he clear the pipes, but he also took the time to check for any other potential issues and offered helpful maintenance tips to prevent future problems.

Plumbing express came out in an emergency and replaced a broken water line in our backyard that caused a flood. Very satisfied with the work they performed and the cost of the services

Extremely satisfied with this company and the work they provide the guys sent out were extremely knowledgeable and friendly . I found them in search of someone to fix a leak which was not fixed correctly by a previous plumber and they were happy to do it the correct way and fill me in on the whole process. I would leave more stars if I could !

If you hire Stephen Williams, be prepared for a frustrating roller coaster. He’ll pitch you a picture-perfect solution, only to hit you later with a string of unexpected “miscellaneous charges.” Somehow, a straightforward fix turned into a 14+ hour job — and of course, you’ll be expected to foot the bill for every minute of it.

As a fellow contractor with over 30+ years in the industry, I find practices like his incredibly damaging. Overinflated prices, questionable billing tactics, and unethical behavior like this ruin the customer experience and cast doubt on all licensed professionals.

As Abraham Lincoln once said, “You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.” If you take a look at his Yelp page, you’ll see I’m far from the only one who feels taken advantage of. Too many people have been burned by his approach.

In my professional opinion, I’ve never seen a simple job go so wrong due to someone being so blatantly profit-driven.

We had a really great experience working with Plumbing Express! We had an electrical issue after hours at the apartment community I manage. They were able to assist us to ensure the safety of the residents homes. Stephan was quick, knowledgeable, and very communicative. Appreciate all their help!

In 2024 me and my uncle were cruising home early in the morning and I told my uncle to ask these guys if they needed extra hands and on the spot Stephan gave me and my uncle some labor work to do and that was a blessing. This company is good to their workers and I enjoyed the brief time I had working with this crew! My uncle stayed with them awhile longer and I got a job with less labor work but still I love the fact that he took us on and treated us well.

Plumbing express saved the day. They found a screw that the roofer put in the electrical conduit. They showed up fast and ran an extension cord to my refrigerator so my food wouldn’t spoil. They located the problem in the wall and used tarps to protect my furniture. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely use again

Amazing service and amazing price. I own and manage 9 different apartment buildings and use him for all of them. I had a sewer emergency and the owner came out personally and they started replacing it the next business day. He charged half what I would have expected for the work and did a great job. He finished the project one fifth of the time I would have considered reasonable. Use this guy.

I highly recommend Plumbing Express. Stephan the owner is reliable and knowledgeable about his work. Im the head engineer at Courtyard Hotel. I had my water heater go out for my property. So gave plumbing express after business hours. Came out that same night and worked and fixed my hot water problem. Thanks Stephan and Plumbing Express. Will be using for now on.

Ive never had a better experience with any other plumbing company. I'm a 1st time home buyer and my water heater from '98 was on the verge of bursting and costing me a lot of money and stress. Donovan took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. He even gave me advice about what I need to do with my furnace before winter and additional future upgrades for my water heater if I were to sell. Very reasonable price for a single income household with 2 small kids. His brother (I never got his name) was so nice on the phone and made me feel better about the whole thing. They did an excellent job and I'm going to be recommending them. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong here, but if it does I'll be calling again!

I would of put 0 stars if possible. RICK'S heating and Plumbing installed a hot water heater in my property 8 months ago. The HWH is now leaking and I've reached out to Rick's multiple times now with no response at all. After paying just under 2k for the service I would of thought they would atleast honor the warranty. I would never suggest using this over charging under performing so called business

If I could give them a higher than 5 star rating, I would. Both my swamp cooler and furnace died at about the same time and on top of that my water heater was on its last legs. I spoke with several companies, including The Home Depot and Lowes prior to speaking with Rick's Plumbing. The prices from the various companies varied, with The Home Depot and Lowes being by far the most expensive.

What set Rick's Plumbing apart is:
- They were the least expensive, yet installed high quality equipment. Three of the companies i spoke with gave me quotes more than twice the amount Rick's Plumbing quoted me. One even said they had to hire a crane! (I have a two-story house).
- They answered all my questions and concerns quickly.
- They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. They were open and upfront about all the pros and cons of the various options and approaches to the installation of the units to our particular house. (We were switching from swamp cooler to an air conditioner).
- I knew exactly what I was buying and what they were going to do prior to signing anything.
- They were all very friendly.

I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Ricks helped me with a propane to natural gas conversion. I worked with Donovan, Scott and Thomas. With the help of these three professionals the process was painless and efficient. Donovan was intuitive to all our needs and knew what questions we were going to ask before we asked them! Donovan, Scott and Thomas efficiently converted all our appliances quickly. Donovan is attune to customers safety concerns and took the time with us to ensure we are comfortable with the new natural gas service. I recommend Ricks and plan to use Ricks in the future for my plumbing needs.

We love Rick’s Plumbing and Heating!!!! I called in the morning to replace our broken and out of code water heater and that afternoon our new appliance was installed and we had plenty of hot water! It also passed the city inspection with flying colors! If you are looking for great service, great price and knowledgeable, professional attention to your needs, you need to call Rick’s!!!

Was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it was working with a difficult situation I had with my home warranty. Rick’s company came to my rescue, with a fair offer, very professional worker, and I would call again. They actually care about the customer and service!

We had a leak in our slab and I was super stressed about it, but the guys at Rick’s helped me with all the details including getting what my insurance company needed to cover it. They were incredibly responsive, professional, kind, and helpful. They fixed my leak quickly and with minimal damage. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I needed two new toilets installed and called for an appointment. They were very polite and professional and got me scheduled within just a few days. Toilets were done perfectly and look great. They did everything we discussed and hauled away the old ones. I would not hesitate to use them again for any services they offer.
