after trying all the usual tricks to unclog my kitchen sink—like baking soda, vinegar, and even a plunger—i realized i needed to call in a professional plumber. i reached out to alexis & sons plumbers llc, and danny arrived quickly to help out. he noticed water coming out of the cleanout pipe outside, which i didn’t even know was there. danny figured out the blockage wasn’t just in the sink or even inside the house, but about 35 feet down the main drain outside. he used a drain snake to clear the clog, and just like that, my sink was back to normal. the cost was $341 for the snaking service, and they also included a free camera inspection so i could actually see inside the drain line. they offer an extra service to remove buildup from the pipe walls, kind of like cleaning plaque at the dentist, but i decided to skip that for now. the whole process was really fast, and danny was polite and efficient. i’m very pleased with how quickly everything was fixed.

When I was ready, Jordan and Danny came back to make the repairs. We ran into a few issues because my house is pretty old and the city’s cutoff valve was outdated, but they used their plumbing skills to fix both leaks quickly and efficiently, saving me money and time. The final bill for the leak repairs was actually less than what they first estimated, which was a nice surprise. While they were here, I also had them fix a drain that was clogged with corrosion. They showed me the problem, explained what they were doing, and got it fixed at a good price. With an older house and pipes, I know I’ll be calling them again for future plumbing needs. I’m already planning to have them back to work on my cutoff valve and put in a pressure regulator to help prevent any more problems. I’ll definitely keep using them as my plumbers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled plumbers who do great work at a fair price. I also really liked working with Jordan and Danny.
