Mike was great. He’s very humorous, respectful, and thoughtful. We had a broken washer and fridge, and he was able to respond to and fix to both. He also educated us on maintenance to prevent future problems, which I thought was really nice and helpful. He didn’t leave until everything was alright and checked in with our oven. Would work with Mike again.

I called Sheepshead Appliance Repair to repair my oven that wouldn’t heat. The appliance repair service was remarkably excellent. The appliance repair technician gave details about the probable cause and what to do so I won’t experience it again. I got so overwhelmed with the output.

Their phone was answered in a timely manner. It was clearly explained to me what to expect in term of initial cost. I was given a window of when the repair technician would a appear. I received an updated call from the company the next day confirming the time window. The repair technician arrived in the time window and got work. Russell identified the issues and fix them. He took less that an hour and I was able to go about my day. He was very professional and the way he went about his job fill me with confidence that it was well done. Before he leaves, he make sure he demonstrate that the issues was resolved.

Fantastic service. Another technician told me that the compressor in my refrigerator had died and I thought I had to buy a whole new refrigerator freezer. Fortunately Russell was here repairing my dishwasher and I asked him to take a look at the refrigerator. He quickly determined that the compressor was fine and fixed it. Smart, diligent, called someone to ask advice when he needed it & saved me purchasing all new appliances!

Danny came to diagnose our dryer but had already brought the parts that he suspected were broken and fixed everything in a short amount of time. Even though it wasn’t easy to get behind the machine, he went above and beyond to get it working and was really nice and professional. Excellent service, high recommend.

I called this company after not so good experience with another another company that has sent a couple of “monkeys”that were googling everything to do with my appliance, and quoted a new motor pump for my Bosch dishwasher - I felt uneasy about their diagnosis of the problem - so did not use them.
Enter Russell… he’s was so nice and professional. After checking meticulously, said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my dishwasher. Saved the day, and my $$$
