Reached out to Zulk applaince for service & receive service the following day. Jasmine was great help & the tech was amazing! Highly recommend as I have been using Zulk for the past 2 years. Great price & Great service!

incompetent and non-responsive. No showed on us twice (after demanding a three hour window) and failed to fix our appliance properly when the tech did bother to show up. After 9 hours of wasted time, we would love to find a different servicer but our building has apparently contracted with Zulk. If you have a choice, definitely go elsewhere.

to clarify, what I want is for you to fix my oven and not waste any more of my time.

Had a great experience with Mike from Zulk! He identified the problem with my dishwasher quickly and promptly resolved the issue. But, even better, he always comes at the time he says he will, and I can expect him early. He answers my calls on the first ring and is very communicative.
