Extremely good service, they were very busy, but were able to squeeze me in late in the day for fridge repair. Russell, the technician, was very knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. He was great at explaining everything to me very clearly and it was easy to make decisions. He was efficient and was quick to solve all problems effectively.

Russell came to repair our dishwasher today. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He had the necessary parts with him and completed the job quickly.

I was very pleased with Russell’s work. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival as promised to discuss the issue. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and offered a solution. Most importantly, he had the necessary part with him. He completed the job in about 2 hours. Was very tidy and cleaned up after. I thought the pricing was very reasonable.
